Welcome to Rose Stone Opio, a fully renovated self-contained apartment (renovated in May–June 2026), nestled in a quiet, lush setting in the heart of Opio. Here, you’re close enough to the excitement of the French Riviera yet far enough away to enjoy a truly peaceful retreat.
Designed primarily for couples, this charming one-bedroom garden-level apartment offers comfort, privacy, and a relaxed lifestyle. You’ll be the only guests on the property and won’t share any spaces with other guests.
A comfortable and bright interior: as soon as you arrive, you’ll discover a pleasant living space bathed in light thanks to a large picture window opening directly onto your private garden. The apartment features a separate, air-conditioned bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), perfect after a day of exploring the region.
The modern bathroom includes a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
For stays involving remote work or simply to plan your days, a workspace also benefits from plenty of natural light.
The 140 × 200 cm sofa bed can accommodate up to two additional guests.
A kitchen just like at home: the fully equipped kitchen gives you all the freedom you need to prepare your meals on-site. You’ll find a stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, and kettle, as well as all the necessary dishes and utensils.
Whether you want to have a coffee before heading out to explore the area or leisurely prepare dinner after a day at the beach, everything is provided to make your stay simple and enjoyable.

Your private outdoor space: the apartment opens onto a private garden, a true extension of your living space. Settle into the lounge chairs, enjoy breakfast in the sun, read a book, or simply savor the tranquility of Opio.
The garden has just been renovated, and the newly planted lawn will naturally continue to grow fuller over the coming weeks.

The pool: to fully enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean days, you’ll also have access to our pool.
It is shared exclusively with the owners of the house; no other guests have access. To ensure peace, comfort, and privacy for everyone, the pool is available during specific time slots, which will be communicated to you before your arrival.

A property designed for your peace of mind: we live on the upper floor of the main house, but your accommodation has its own entrance and completely separate living spaces. This way, you can enjoy your own space while still being able to reach out to us if you need advice or information during your stay.
A private parking spot is also reserved for you on the property.

And then there’s our little four-legged ambassador… our cat, who is very friendly and affectionate, sometimes likes to come visit you and ask for a few pats.

Between Provençal villages and the Mediterranean: one of Rose Stone Opio’s greatest assets is its location. Set in a peaceful setting, the accommodation makes it easy to explore the main attractions of the French Riviera.
In just a few minutes, you can reach Grasse and its perfume houses, Valbonne with its Provençal charm, Mougins, or even Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
For a day at the beach, the beaches of Cannes and the Mediterranean are also easily accessible, while Nice offers its promenades, historic districts, and quintessential Côte d’Azur atmosphere.
You’ll be able to easily alternate between cultural discoveries, authentic villages, Provençal markets, fine dining, days at the beach, and relaxing moments at home.
