Deze ruime Penthouse-unit is onlangs gerenoveerd, mooi ingericht, heeft twee woonruimtes en is geschikt voor maximaal negen personen. De accommodatie is voorzien van overal tegelvloeren en HDTV's in de woonkamer en alle slaapkamers en is geschikt voor zowel gezinsvakanties als volwassen uitjes. Bereid heerlijk eten in de volledig uitgeruste keuken. Geniet 's ochtends van een kopje koffie op het balkon terwijl je de dolfijnen in de Golf ziet spelen! Het uitzicht is geweldig vanaf een van de Gulf-front balkons van dit apparaat, gelegen naast de luxe slaapkamer en de woonkamer. Laat de kinderen hun spelapparaten brengen; er is een speelhoek met tv voor videospellen. Het enige dat u scheidt van de smaragdgroene wateren van de Golf van Mexico is een verbazingwekkend suikerwit strand dat op enkele seconden afstand ligt! Loop de voordeur uit, rijd met de lift naar beneden, wandel langs het zwembad en je bent op het strand! Condo met lage dichtheid betekent gemakkelijk parkeren, rust en stilte, niet wachten bij de lift en geen druk strand. SunSwept beschikt ook over een van de grootste zwembaden op het strand! Dit Orange Beach condo is slechts zes mijl ten oosten van Gulf Shores, Alabama. U vindt eersteklas winkels direct aan de overkant van de straat. Kerken, kampioenschapsgolfbanen, amusement en entertainment en vissen zijn slechts een klein eindje rijden.

The property was nice don’t get me wrong, although it wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival, also they were lacking toiletries and the place had a weird smell when we arrived.

This condo is in a great location. The complex is small enough that the beach in front of the condo is not overly crowded. It would be nice if their were lamps in the living room area and the downstairs bedroom. Some cosmetic attention to the downstairs bathroom is needed. Overall this was a great week.

The condo itself was was lovely, having a fresh updated style with a great view of the beach and easy access to nearby amenities. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and even kids’ sand toys available for use, which I thought was a great touch from the owners. Our kids loved the multiple balconies and roof access, so it provided lots of space so our families weren’t all on too of each other for a week. I was concerned over the thoroughness of the cleaning staff though, especially in this era of COVID. We couldn’t find two of the remotes for the bedroom TV’s and after searching we finally located them under the beds where we found empty drink bottles, food wrappers and even articles of clothing from former guests. This was concerning, so we promptly purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the place from top to bottom. The facility manager was also less than ideal to deal with. Although the facility wasn’t at max capacity and our condo was a three bedroom (I.e. three families, so travel occurred in 3 vehicles) we weren’t allowed to purchase a 3rd parking pass that we needed. Rather, we had to purchase parking space on the other side of the bay and leave one of the vehicles there for the week. It was very inconvenient and frustrating to manage getting all of our family members to dinner and outings when we had to continually go pickup the 3rd vehicle on a daily basis and then return it to the paid parking in the evenings. The property manager also failed to inform us when phone and internet maintenance was going to be performed in the condo. We were leaving for the beach with the kids one morning when the service technician showed up causing us to have to stay while the work was done. It ended up being a very lengthy process with several trips by the technician because the equipment provided was faulty. When I went to speak to the manager, there was a note on the door that they were out of the office and “unavailable at that time”. I wish I had thought to take a picture for verification, but was too frustrated that one of our last beach days had been hijacked with what should have been their responsibility. Overall our family loved the condo itself and made the most of our week there despite the obstacles, but probably won’t rebook at this location strictly due to all of the issues and inconveniences that came from the managerial side of things.

We had an awesome trip! This was the first time to stay 9 days. The unit looked exactly as pictured and represented. Hats off to Rachel and Sherry for our check in process. Probably the easiest ever! Both were very personable and friendly. During our stay we had beautiful weather. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was nicely decorated and furnished. It is two levels so people can spread out a bit. The area was fairly quiet because we stayed just after the beaches were opened. There is nearby retail, grocery, and food. We would stay here again.

Having spent 25 plus years in the Orange Beach, Gulf Shores area, we have stayed in alot of condos. This condo is by far one of the best we have seen. Very impressed with the cleanliness and overall " feel " of this unit. It added to the whole experience of our little getaway. We will definitely be back.
