Please note that trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not allowed to park at Romar House. Additional parking for other vehicles or trailers must be arranged off-site and is not included in the rental pricing.

**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
**A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
**No pets are allowed.
**This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation at a cost of $120 for both. One parking space is reserved with your unit number in the covered parking area. Additional parking arrangements must be made off-site. The cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.
