Wij beheren al onze eigendommen persoonlijk, dus u zult altijd rechtstreeks met de eigenaar praten als u met ons werkt, en we zijn er trots op u de best mogelijke vakantie-ervaring te kunnen bieden!

Geniet van toegang tot strand en varen, en alle andere voorzieningen in ons luxe strandhuis in de gated community van Palm Harbor. Buurt voorzieningen omvatten een zwembad en clubhuis met buiten toiletten, tennisbanen, een volledige jachthaven met deeded boot slip voor boot parkeren, boottrailer parkeren op het terrein, trottoirs en weinig tot geen verkeer en directe toegang tot het strand ligt op 2 minuten lopen aan de overkant op The Palms condominium.

Palm Harbor is centraal gelegen in het hart van Orange Beach, op 3 minuten van de Foley Beach Expressway en op 3 tot 5 minuten rijden van restaurants en supermarkten. Onze jachthaven biedt een eigen boot slip (tot 26ft op lift, met lift in het water kunnen we de meeste maten aan) voor de duur van uw verblijf, met Cotton Bayou die u verbindt met de aangrenzende waterwegen van Orange Beach naar Perdido Key en verder.

Voor uw reis naar het strand bieden wij strandstoelen, een grote strandkar, parasols en speelgoed voor de kinderen. We hebben ook 2 kajaks bij de hand als u ervoor kiest om naar Cotton Bayou te gaan en te verkennen / vissen, 2 fietsen voor volwassenen en 2 kinderen voor snelle reizen naar het tankstation of naar het dok, en 2 volledige sets golfclubs voor een ronde golf op een van de lokale cursussen.

Geniet samen met deze buurtvoorzieningen van ons onlangs gerenoveerde strandhuis. We hebben 4 slaapkamers en 3 volledige badkamers met een volledig gevulde keuken, open plattegrond met grote eettafel, omwikkeld doorsnede en extra zitplaatsen in de woonkamer.

Beneden hebben we 1 kingsize slaapkamer met een 43-inch smart-tv. Boven hebben we 1 extra kingsize slaapkamer met een 43 inch Smart TV, een stapelbed kamer met 2 queen over queen stapelbedden met traagschuim matrassen om 8 zeer comfortabel te slapen, ook met een 43 inch Smart TV. En onze vierde slaapkamer is de master suite met ensuite badkamer, inloopkast en 55 inch tv.

Beide verdiepingen hebben omwikkelde dekken met Trex-meubels, stoelen en bijzettafels, zodat u kunt genieten van het uitzicht op de tennisbanen of het zwembad dat grenst aan ons eigendom.

Amazing Getaway at One Particular Harbor

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just what we were looking for right off the beach and close to all of our favorite spots. The house had plenty of space for our group of friends, and the large living room made it easy for all of us to relax and hang out together. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we really appreciated the abundance of beach chairs available for us to use. On top of that, the host was super helpful and responsive, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend!

Family getaway!!! 8 adults, 5 kids and 2 toddlers!

Great stay overall! House and pool was great. Walk to the beach was short but stressful, we had to cross a very busy road and the only other option was to pay $10 for parking per day. Short drive to lake, restaurants, and shopping.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful and well maintained home that is very accommodating. The host, Jason, is so attentive and makes sure your needs are met. The walk across the street can be a little dicey but this rental is worth every penny. We had 9 people with us and there was plenty of room to spread out and have alone time. The pool and the pier are also incredible. Thank you for making my birthday week stress free!

Lovely Orange Beach

Overall, we had a lovely week at this location. Two things to note, the bicycles were not usable, the main road that you have to cross in order to get to the beach is extremely busy 4 lanes of traffic, especially with all your beach gear and small children. The house was very nice and clean and in good order. The pool was small but nice enough to hang out there now and again.

This property is everything you need for a large family beach vacation. Lots of seating inside and outside, kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to prepare meals, easy pool access and close to the beach. I would highly recommend this property!!

Relaxing

Property is just as described and I would’ve given all 5’s except the road to cross to the beach is very busy and at times a little dicey to cross. Would be great if there was a cross walk closer than Cotton Bayou. But still didn’t stop us from going to the beach every day with all our gear. Jason is super responsive and amazing to deal with. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and no complaints. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Beautiful beach home

This is a beautiful beach home, close to the pool and tennis courts. We loved that there was plenty of parking with no additional fees. Our only concern was crossing the very busy 4 lane highway to get to the beach. Getting stuck in the middle turn lane with small children was very nerve wracking. We had a great stay and the owner was verry attentive!

Beautiful Beach Home

Jason's house was absolutely perfect for our week long family beach vacation. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 adults and two children. Lots of time spent at the beach (right across the street) or relaxing by the pool. Spent a lot of time running, walking, and biking in the State Park which is very close to the home as well. Hope to make it back sometime soon to stay again at Jason's wonderful home.

Great for a Beach Trip!

Our friends were all here for a bachelorette trip, and we had such a blast! Of course no loud parties, but great listing and great communication. The neighborhood was perfect and it was super close to the beach and the bars.

Dream home

We loved our home and location. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with a pool and tennis courts right in the back yard. We chose not to use the "private beach" access because you have to cross 5 lanes of traffic to get there. We found a quiet beach down the road and set up there. We had a couple of issues while we were there but the owner was prompt in a response and did what he could to make things right. We were a little bummed about not having kayaks so we could explore the bay but there are so many things to do it didn't really impact our experience. The house is very clean and has almost everything you could want. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs including tupperware for leftovers. Pro-Tip - make sure you bring household consumables (trashbags, foil, ziplocks, tp, laundry and dish detergent, etc.)

Excellent Vacation with extended family

Everything here was as advertised. We had a great time with no worries the entire trip. The home had plenty of space for all 12 guests. If you have a boat this is the perfect place in Orange Beach. There is a nice boat ramp just a few blocks away and plenty of room to park your trailer on the property. (it is first come first serve) We didn't have any issues parking the boat in the boat slip. Crossing the road to the beach can take some adjustment depending on the time of day and traffic. It is not that bad of a walk and having the carts for the beach make it much easier especially if you have a full load.

This place is pure luxury!

This place is literally perfect! We went with 11 kids, two adults and we had more than enough space without ever feeling crowded. We hauled all this gear with us and once we got there, we realized they had everything already supplied and I mean everything you need for a beach vacation...including cruiser bikes for all size humans! This rental is literally 20 feet from a tennis court which the kids really enjoyed - tennis rackets supplied - and then right next to that was the community pool. It is literally close enough to just grab a towel and walk for less than a minute. What about the beach you say? Well this home is right across the street from the beach. You walk about three houses to the entrance of the small community and then you are at the street you need to cross to be right there on the sand. We did find out that that road can be a bit busy to be honest, but we crossed it safely hauling our gear and gaggle. You can drive about 3> minutes to a public beach access with parking, a rinse off station, toilets etc. We enjoyed that option the best. We were also very close (about a 5 minute drive from driveway to destination close) to so many stores incl. Walmart and Publix, restaurants, Starbucks (thank the lord), etc it was just so convenient. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with how easy and enjoyable it was staying at this rental. It had so much for us and was beyond luxury!!! I felt like a spoiled queen, and the owners were great to work with and made themselves available for any issues or questions. We will be back, we loved loved loved this place!!!!
