Sit back and relax at the large community pool and bring your boat to park it deeded boat slip 27! There are No parking passes and the boat slip comes with your stay! Come see us today!

The Space:
Book slip dimensions are 10'9"x29'! It is a deeded boat slip.

After parking, you will proceed to the second door on the ground level! Once you put in the door code, open the door and take the staircase up to the living area! On this floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, powder room, and laundry room. In the living room sit back and enjoy the comfortable couches and use the smart TV to watch your favorite streaming apps or live TV. The living room couch converts to a pullout queen mattress to comfortably sleep 2 guests! No need to switch floors for the restroom! Just use the half bath powder room when lounging around the living room area!

If you love to cook on vacation, this kitchen will be your playground! Featuring high end appliances and gas stove, you can cook up your favorite meals with this fully stocked kitchen!

Staying for several days? Use the washer and dryer on the living space floor so you don't have to go home with dirty clothes!

To the left of the living room is the staircase that leads up to the 2nd floor where all 3 bedrooms are located. Once you reach the top of the stairs you will immediately see the twin bunk beds with mounted tv on the wall. To the right is the first king suite and to the left is the 2nd king suite and primary king suite. All 3 bedrooms feature large closets, smart TVs, and comfortable mattresses!

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to everything inside the house, the propane bbq pit in the downstairs storage room, the community pool, and the free deeded boat slip if you decide to bring your boat!

The pool is open from 8:00am-10:00 so you can lay out from sun up to sun down!

There are no boat trailers allowed so if you choose to bring a boat you will need to launch at Cotton Bayou boat launch and find overnight parking for your boat trailer.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood features a couple dozen cottage beach house that demonstrate elegance and class! Exit the community for a quick 0.4 mile walk to Cotton Bayou Beach!

Other Things to Note:
Please eat at designated eating areas to avoid food stains on furniture.
