The hotel is not seven minutes away from Disney Land more like 15. The outside looked really nice. The inside is very disappointing. Has a odor to it very old. The elevator had graffiti carved into both of them. The hallway smelled very unpleasant. when I first checked into the room, my feet stuck to the floor every step I would take my feet I had to go to target to buy things so that I could clean and mop the floor because I was staying there for an extended period of time and I didn’t want to have to keep stepping on sticky floors. I also got bit by something. I don’t know if it was a spider or what they were also, cobwebs on my ceilings was very old and not anything like it was advertised.

The staff here was very friendly. At the time we stayed there were notices that they were havin all their in room ac units serviced. We didn’t experience any inconveniences from that. It was still a great stay. You can tell the building is old but it was clean. There was a funny smell on our floor but I think it was because those rooms all have kitchens and someone just cooked something with a strong smell. Our room did not smell. It was quiet despite being right by the Angel’s Stadium, Honda Center, and a ton of restaurants.

Breakfast was a muffin and nutrigrain bar. There was a light blinking all night above the rock hard bed and pillows. The furniture was ancient. The TV was unuseable. The wifi was slow with an option to pay for faster standard speeds. It felt like a flop house.

The rooms are not properly cleaned.They have the policy to clean the rooms once a week (only if you stay more than seven days). The bathroom and room carpets are worn out. Its very very limited breakfast (coffee, oats and muffins)

Decent location, with a movie theatre right next door. Nice staff. Floor in the room is filthy though, bring slippers or sandals…walking barefoot isn’t a great idea. No carpet, just hardwood. Service/maintenance people are relatively quick to fix any issues (our sink was clogged when we arrived, for instance, and light bulbs weren’t working…we got them fixed pretty quickly in the morning). Extended Stay is worth it over regular hotels due to the kitchen you get. Just ask for the supplies, and you’ll get them, although they may not have everything you need (cutting board was unavailable for example). I wish the pillows were a little more comfortable (thicker, firmer). TV is old so it’s difficult to hook up your laptop via HDMI and use the tv as a screen, as the connection isn’t exactly smooth. Overall, the kitchen option would bring me back but probably to a different location with more shopping options, walkability, and carpeted floors.

I would not recommend. Bed was way too soft and we didn’t have enough pillows. The bathrooms and the popcorn ceilings made it feel like we were in 1980s. It’s too bad that the owners are not updating their property because the location is fabulous. We did enjoy that we were within walking distance to restaurants and the Honda Center.

When we used the bathroom sink it backed up inthe kitchen sing and the odor was terrible. Their web site said breakfast included but, went we went to the lobby a d asked about breakfast they said they dont include that. We had to drive 10 miles to a restaurant which really angered us.

The water heater in our room doesn't work correctly. It's warm for a few seconds minutes, then turns cold and stays cold. The room has a funky smell as well. It is complete with a full-sized fridge but it smelled and looked dirty.
