'We visited Gainesville for 5 days and the condo met all our needs. The condo is located in a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated since we are senior citizens. Check in and Check out were extremely easy. Every possible store you might need is within 15 minutes. The host was very kind and timely. Definitely a redo should we return to Gainesville in the future.'

'Very clean, well maintained apt. The bed was way too soft for me. Had to sleep on the couch which was a high end, luxurious soft leather couch. Info in notebook was very helpful. It's quite a walk to UF campus . Glad I had a car.'

'Had a great time, saved money by cooking at condo, plenty TV channels, excellent 65 inch TV, neighbors were quite, central air works great, a whole lot more room than a motel, and a more home feeling, I'll go there again and recommend others, thank you for for such a beautiful place.'

'The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was great since it was all ladies this trip. It was clean, had all the necessary accommodations needed. In a great location, close to good restaurants. We were there for a volleyball tournament and it was only 5 minutes from the venue. My only draw back was it an old construction. The beds were comfortable, which is always a win!'

'The condo area was like you are in a public housing project. Very unsafe feeling. You could see daylight thru the door jamb and the toilet was full of mold. I have pictures for both. We had a problem with dishwasher & when someone came to check it the plug was shooting sparks & required an electrician. The out door area was very run down. Unfortunately the only pics they show are from inside. Lesson learned.'

'This is a terrific property in Haile Village. It has a great location across from Patticake’s Coffee and close to several restaurants. The property was clean and well furnished. The owner was quite responsive and helpful. I made one request after I arrived, and it was taken care of within an hour! The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. The living room was comfortable as was the balcony. I highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Haile...

'Ryan was fantastic to communicate with. Bldg was conveniently located to all the activities necessary for our weekend. Underground parking was a big plus. The bed was extremely comfortable. Large dining room table for my husband to work one day during our stay. We could never figure out how to turn on the TV and the stove gave us a a fit since it’s pretty high tech. We are an IT family so we at least did figure out the stove. Instructions for those 2 would be helpful during checkin. A toaster...
