Dear guest, thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. It was not easy to decide to keep our bar and restaurant in the hotel closed, but due to the current situation, it was the best. We have also received very good comments about our guests enjoying Reflexion for their meals. I do agree that the comfort of the service in the pool is necessary, we hope that once the Covid is better controlled we will return to 100% normality.Our front desk agents are excellent with everyone and knows how to make a difference, we hope to see you soon.
