The Champtocette of the Loire

La Champtocette is a friendly house, with rustic charm, perfect for reunions with family or friends. It is located in the heart of Champtoceaux (new town of Orée d'Anjou), which overlooks the Loire, in front of Oudon known for its splendid medieval tower.



The village of Champtoceaux offers all the services you may need: supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurants, as well as breathtaking walks, especially with the panoramic view of the Loire accessible in the park at the back of the church, its castle, access to the village of La Patache...



The house will welcome you with its large kitchen/dining room, perfect for pleasant tables. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a combined gas stove and oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are provided. The living room is a continuation of the kitchen for more relaxed discussions and TV evenings. A television and WiFi are available free of charge.



The 3 bedrooms will give everyone their own private space. They provide 2 double beds, 3 single beds plus an umbrella bed for children. Bed and bath linen are provided.



The bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a large shower cubicle with a very original sink!



The inner courtyard is accessible from the house. Entirely enclosed and without vis-à-vis, it will allow everyone to enjoy the beautiful days.



The entrance and departure are autonomous with a code handle system. I remain available from 8 am to 10 pm if you need more information. A deposit is required when booking (deposit not debited).
