Living Room and Kitchen:
The ground floor welcomes you with a large living space offering mountain views: a lounge area equipped with a sofa and a TV with streaming services, a dining area with a table that can accommodate all your guests, and an open kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features a spacious work area, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, multiple coffee machines, raclette appliances, and all the equipment you might need!
The lower level includes a second living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, offering a bit more independence for those who wish it.

Bedrooms:
The chalet has 6 spacious bedrooms:
On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) and a bedroom equipped with 4 single beds (90 x 190 cm), perfect for children or young people, with a sofa and a TV with a game console (PS3)!
On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony.

Bathrooms:
5 modern bathrooms: 2 on the upper floor and 3 on the lower level, all equipped with showers. There are 6 toilets available, located on each floor.

Terrace and Outdoor Area:
The chalet has 2 large terraces equipped with tables to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals while admiring the view. There is direct access from the living room and the lower level.

Other Amenities:
- We provide ski lockers located at the foot of the gondola, so you don't have to carry your equipment between the chalet and the ski lifts!
- A secure bike storage is available in a shed adjacent to the house.
- Numerous free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

Nearby:
The chalet is ideally located 1 km (less than 5 minutes by car) from the “3 Vallées Express” cable car in Orelle, giving you direct access to the top of Val Thorens. This provides access to the entire 3 Vallées ski area, the largest in the world with its 600 km of slopes, open from late November to late April. The Maurienne Valley is also the largest cycling area in the world, with hiking trails, climbs, and mountain lakes to explore.
Supermarkets and shops are less than 10 minutes away by car.

Important Information:
- A security deposit of €2000 will be required for each reservation. To handle this, we use Swikly, a reliable and secure online deposit system. No amount will be charged to your bank card.
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, towels), as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are included in the booking.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- During the winter and summer seasons, arrivals and departures are scheduled on Saturdays (check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out before 9:00 AM).

- If you wish to modify your arrival and departure times, we may be able to adjust them to suit your needs, depending on availability.
