Grote 3700 Sq Ft Home! 5 slaapkamers, 3. 5 baden met grote keuken

Grote 3700 m² huis in geweldige Orem buurt. Dicht bij de kloof als je wilt gaan skiën of naar Park City. In dezelfde straat als het buurtpark, maar er is ook een speeltuin in de achtertuin voor kinderen. Enorme keuken met dubbele ovens, convectie magnetron, 5 pits gasfornuis en laden met elke keuken gadget die je nodig zou kunnen hebben! 3 volledige badkamers en 1 half bad. De slaapkamers zijn als volgt: Master (kingsize bed, 55 inch tv, masterbad en grote inloopkast), kamer 2 (kingsize bed en wieg, kast), kamer 3 (queensize bed en peuterbed, kast), kamer 4 (kantoor gebied met queensize bed en kledingkast), kamer 5 (queensize bed en kast). Extra slaapplaatsen: koningin slaapbank in de kelder, pack en spelen beschikbaar voor kleintjes. Er zijn ook 2 grote sectionals voor individuen om te slapen indien gewenst. Garage voor 2 wagens beschikbaar tijdens uw verblijf.

**Houd er rekening mee dat! De helft van de kelder (afgezien van het hoofdhuis van 3600 m²) is een volledig gescheiden appartement van 1100 m² waar we verblijven met onze twee kleine jongens. Alles afgebeeld in de aanbieding (inclusief de kelder woonkamer, speelkamer, slaapkamer, kitchenette en badkamer) is opgenomen in uw sectie van het huis. We hebben geen toegang tot het grootste deel van het huis, maar delen de 3e garage ruimte! :)

The house looked like brand new, inside and out. Lots of space, super clean, easily accommodated our large extended family, close to shopping, and great communication from owners. The home had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We travel extensively and this is by far the best rental we've ever stayed in. We will definitely be staying here again!

This was our third stay at this location. The house is wonderful for family gatherings and has room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with many extras. This home is close to shopping, recreation, and the freeway. There is a park a short distance away with a walking track.

What a Gem in Orem!

This property is amazing! Close to so many restaurants and stores! We were attending a convention at Sundance and it was a quick 20 minute drive into the mountains. So many amenities in this house! We didn't have small children with us, but Kaitlyn has thought of everything if you have kiddos!

Beautiful and spacious house, ideal for family gathering

The house is beautiful and very spacious, with a lot of rooms for large family gathering. We have our daughter’s wedding in Provo and the location is ideal, close to everything we need. The kitchen setting is great, with plenty of cooking utensils; although most of the time we eat outside, we enjoy our breakfast and gathering for chatting around the kitchen island and dinning table with fruits after coming back from dinner. The host is very responsive and flexible for our luggages storage at the garage before and after check in and check out. We enjoy very much of staying in this lovely house.

We enjoyed every aspect of this house. Lots of room for the kiddos with a great yard to play in. We even got the neighborhood fireworks for the 4th that were awesome. Close to state street and I-5, makes it very easy to travel quickly.

Paradise in Orem.

Wow! This home is perfect for friends, family and any one looking for a fantastic home away from home. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the amenities are the best I have ever seen. Even better in person

This home looked great on the website but once we were in the home we found that it offered so much more . There were 9 adults and 5 little children. We were in town for our sons wedding.so we were busy and had family and friends stopping by. There was plenty of room upstairs and in the basement.. Plenty of kid friendly spaces without infringing on adult space. The kitchen is huge and is so well stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. .The owners were there when we needed them so our stay was flawless. We could .also park our cars in the garage. We will look to stay here again .

Fantastic spot for large families

We gathered in Provo/Orem for a wedding and family came from all over the country. Even if they didn’t stay with us, this was the gathering spot for everyone. Wonderful Home

Everything about our stay was perfect! From check in to unexpected family emergency.. Cory was kind and responsive! The home was more than our family could have needed! It was beautiful but the beds were so comfortable! We used the Instapot for a couple of meals which was so homey! Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies! The added backyard with play equipment was fantastic for grandchildren! We will stay here again if we are lucky enough to find a week!! Thank you for sharing your home!

Clean and spacious

It was perfect, more than enough space! Beds we're comfortable, nice decor, big kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out. It was also convenient to get to just about everywhere we needed to go. Laundry on site was very helpful and there were plenty of kitchen amenities. Great place to stay. Definitely would recommend and stay again if I got the chance.

Wedding weekend

We were looking for a home to stay in for our daughters wedding that was big enough for our immediate family & our sister in-laws family. We had plenty of room! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood centrally located for us. We had everything we needed and when we ran out of a few essentials and I contacted the property manager and they responded immediately. We didn’t have any small children with us, but the home is equipped with everything you would need to stay with small children.

Beautiful house, well-stocked kitchen

Great place to stay with or without children. House was clean, comfortable, and simply but beautifully decorated. We’ve never stayed in a home with such a well stocked kitchen—it had quality accessories and everything needed to prepare and serve meals for a large group. (I’m guessing that the owners must be good cooks.) Lots of room and didn’t feel crowded, even with a lot of people. We barely used the basement, but it was spacious and provided additional living/activity space. We had grandchildren with us, and they loved the playroom and back yard. There is also a nice playground within walking distance at the end of the street. Located in a nice residential neighborhood but was also really close to shopping, restaurants, and other services. Owners were friendly and quick to reply to messages. They provided information on check in and policies well before arrival. We enjoyed staying there while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Would highly recommend to others.

Perfect! Exceeded expectations!

This was an amazing stay. Perfect hosts, and perfect house for our needs. We are a family of 8, and the owners had thought of everything, especially for families. My kids just wanted to stay at the house and play in the playroom, the backyard, or huge bedrooms. We will be back! Owners we very respectful and accommodating. Get it while you can! And thank you!!!
