Duplex Kalina is ideally located in the heart of Orient Bay.

Indeed the beach, shops and restaurants are 2 minutes walk from this apartment decorated with care in a very cocooning style! This accommodation is located in a very quiet environment and the swimming pool of the residence will offer you sunbathing and idleness. Inside everything is there to make you spend an unforgettable holiday stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped in a very designer style and all the rooms including the living room are air-conditioned. The small outdoor terrace is ideal for a moment of reading or to taste the traditional West Indian ti punch!

You will benefit from a private car park very close to the entrance of the accommodation and can even park right in front to unload your luggage or your shopping.

Orient Bay (Orient Bay) is the most popular tourist area on the French side:

A car is really optional during your stay.

If necessary, you can easily rent a car for a few days to discover the 37 beaches of the island, enjoy the gourmet restaurants of Grand Case, the nightlife of the Dutch side or its tax-free shops.

The accommodation has an interior surface of 76 m2 plus 15 m2 for the terrace on the sea side and 10 m2 for the terrace on the entrance side.

A staircase leads to the entrance of the apartment located on the 1st floor.

2 bedrooms are located on the same level as the living room, the 3rd is located upstairs with a private bathroom and a toilet.

The other 2 bedrooms share another bathroom and a 2nd WC.

2 beds are 1m80 x 2m and 2 beds are 0m90 x 2m.

The rooms are spacious and bright, and well spaced from each other.

The neighborhood is very quiet.

Condo near Beach and Business

Very nice condo 3 min walk to beach and 5 min to business, a few shops, convenient grocery shop, multiple restaurants, coffee and bakery shop. Condo fully equipped kitchen, washing machine (no dryer), 4 beach chairs, 2 complete snorkel sets a couple of boogie boards and card games. The cons of the property are that there is only one toilet or water closet. There are two showers, one open in the bedroom upstairs the other in the laundry room, and there is no microwave which would be helpful. The hot water was also a little sketchy as sometime in the early morning there did not appear to be much hot water even though no one had been using it so I'm not sure if it sharwas shared with anotcondocl sets

Great location - power outage ruined 2 days

Our stay would have been very good had we not been the only unit that was subject to a power outage that lasted over 30 hours. We were given conflicting reasons as to why the outage happened but it appeared to be completely avoidable (administrative/bill issue). As a result, we had no air conditioning, no working fridge, no generator, and no ability to find appropriate alternate accommodation for our 6 guests, which included 2 very small children and 2 adults over the age of 70. The host did not inform of us that the outage would last overnight until it was too late to find a reasonable alternative and we had to engage in lengthy negotiations post-trip to receive some level of compensation for our issues. Though I understand and appreciate that power outages and issues can arise while staying anywhere, the way it was handled by the host and the lack of assistance provided at the time (and afterwards) was very disappointing. It is truly unfortunate that the last few days of our trip were uncomfortable and unenjoyable and that we had to argue over compensation for a service that was so clearly not provided because the unit itself was lovely. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach and the shops of Orient Bay. The 3 bedrooms were perfect to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped for us to cook meals. It was great to have two bathrooms, though only one toilet for 6 people was not ideal.

Great location!

This cute modern duplex is truly close to the Village and Bikini Beach, a short walk. There were 4 adults and that was fine, although there is a 3rd bedroom it would have been cramped with 6 people. While there are 2 showers, there is only one toilet and that was the only downside. Furnishings are new, modern, and simple. Mgmt response time was fine. Look forward to returning to lovely Orient Beach.
