Beautiful top floor apartment (3th floor) with lift, in a secured resort with nice gardens and 4 communal swimming pools , 2 bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms (1 bath/1 rain shower) with hair dryer; open well-equiped kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with wash-machine, 20m2 terrace with furniture and a nice resort view, private solarium with stunning sea views, close by sea and beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and several exclusive golf resorts.
No smoking apartment, no pets allowed. No sublet.
Included are: WIFI, television, electricity / airco (normal use), water, bed and bath clothing package, cleaning (90 Euro) and private parking place.
Fees / Charges:
FEE 1: The cleaning fee is 90 euro (for end cleaning the property)
FEE 2: The laundry fee for washing sheets and towels per guest is 5 euro (for each additional guest or for each additional bed used an extra charge of 5 euro).
FEE 3: The standard hours for check-in & check-out are 6:00 hrs-20:00 hrs and cost 45€. However late evening check-in & check-out between 20:00 hrs-23:00 hrs is the cost 50 euro. And from 23:00 to 6:00 hrs is 55 euros supplement. These extra charges for check-in & check-out must be paid in advance (prior to arrival date) directly to the property owners.

INFO 1: For check-in and check-out, an exact hour must be agreed in advance with the local key holder; if you are NOT present at the agreed hour, the local key holder will charge an extra cost of 20 euro + 21% VAT.
INFO 2: Electricity costs for normal consumption (max 80 Kwh per week) are included in the standard rental price. However, if more is consumed, the surplus will be charged after the stay. (this is 0,5 euro per Kwh).

Mooi top floor appartement (3de verdieping) met lift, in een beveiligd resort met mooie aangelegde tuinen en 4 zwembaden, 2 slaapkamers met elk een en suite badkamer (1 bad/1 regendouche) met haardroger, open ingerichte en uitgeruste keuken met vaatwas, utility room met wasmachine. Groot terras 20 m2 met terrasmeubilair en een adembenemend zicht op het resort en een privaat solarium met mooi zeezicht.
Op speer worp van zee en strand. Dicht bij winkels, restaurants, bars en verschillende exclusieve golf resorts. Op zaterdag is er een grote markt in de directe omgeving.

Extra dienstverlening kan op aanvraag worden geregeld: airport transport, huren van baby uitrusting, shopping service, car rental (indien beschikbaar), ...
Bereikbaar via de luchthavens van Alicante (45 minuten) en Murcia (45 minuten).
Er is een netwerk aan lokale busdiensten.
In het appartement is roken en huisdieren niet toegelaten. Onderverhuring is verboden.
