WEGENS ANNULERING 2 WEKEN IN AUGUSTUS NU BESCHIKBAAR
Deze luxe villa met airconditioning in alle slaapkamers en woonkamer bevindt zich in een exclusieve woonwijk aan de Costa Blanca. Het ligt op een minuut lopen van het prachtige "blauwe vlag" -strand van Cala Capitan, met zijn zachte rekken met zacht zand en de strandbar. Zo dichtbij, je kunt de zee horen vanuit de tuin. Er zijn tal van recreatieve activiteiten in de buurt, zoals golf, watersport, tennis, bioscopen, casino, aquaparken, wandelingen langs de kust, het nieuwe winkel- en recreatiecentrum Zenia Boulevard, bowling, minerale modderbaden Lo Pagan, bars en restaurants en lokale markten. De volledig ingerichte moderne villa heeft prachtige tuinen, gemeubileerde zonneterrassen, patio's en overdekte naya met een 8m x 5m zwembad en familie BBQ. Er is een groot houten tuinhuisje dat voldoende schaduw biedt om te zitten en te eten. Er zijn ook draagbare strandstoelen en een parasol. De villa biedt gratis draadloze internettoegang en een verscheidenheid aan Engelse tv-kanalen.
De rustige locatie van de villa is ideaal voor gezinnen. Het ligt op 40 minuten rijden van de luchthaven van Alicante en op 20 minuten van de luchthaven San Javier [Murcia].

Perfectly located, clean and well equipted villa

The house was everything we had expected from the photos. It is completely equipted to the needs of a week stay with the whole family. The pool is great and the sea with sand beach is just around the corner. Nothing more to wish for.

Prachtige villa vlak aan zee

Goed onderhouden villa, met aardige eigenaren (biertje koud bij aankomst!). Zwembad, douches, allemaal prima op orde. Op loopafstand naar het baaitje en restaurantjes. We waren bang dat andere villa's wat dichtbij stonden en ter plaatse bleek dat ook wel, maar in september waren ze onbewoond en hebben we er geen last van gehad. Heel erg naar onze zin gehad!

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this superb villa. It is very well equipped and in a fabulous location. A very short stroll takes you to a great sandy beach, and a 20 minute walk takes you to a range of restaurants and bars. Also good to have a supermarket within walking distance as well. Great communication with the hosts and if we return to this area, we will definitely be hoping that this villa is available for us to stay in.

Simply amazing

Just back home after a fab week at the villa. It was fab! To me it was bigger than the pictures. Very spacious with a large outdoor pool. A beautiful beach was literally a 3 minute walk away & the strip with numerous shops, bars & restaurants was a 25 minute walk away. We hired a car for 3 days just to go to a larger supermarket as the closest one was more expensive than Lidl/Mercadona. Tracey & Dean the hosts were amazing & communication with them was very prompt. Michelle picked us up from the airport & her husband dropped us back off. Again both very accommodating. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I am a travel agent & work for Hays Travel head office in Sunderland & I will definitely recommend this villa to colleagues & customers alike

Excellent Family Holiday

Great Villa in a great location, good sized pool and out door space. 2 minute walk to beach with lovely beach bar handy to supermarket and main Cabo Roig strip with shops, bars and restaurants. Dean and Tracey were great hosts and communication was excellent. We had a lovely family holiday, party of 7 adults and one 3 year old. Plenty of space to accommodate us all. Everything in the property to make us comfortable. Property manager Phil was punctual on check out. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Villa and set up and a lovely part of the world

Had a fabulous time with our party of 7 adults and an 8 month old baby - eveything we needed in one place. Lovely outdoor space and pool and just 2 minutes from one of the nicest beaches we have been to. Also just a 20 minute walk to the main strip with bars and restaurants. Owners Dean and Tracey were also excellent with their communications throughout and their local management contact Phil was a pleasure to deal with also. A place we would revisit if we travel again as a large party.

Hello! We are super satisfied with our stay in your house. We were eight people and we thought that everything we needed was available in the house, both space and equipment. The pool was good and the opportunity to socialize both outside and inside without it being crowded Proximity to the beach a plus. We are also satisfied with the contact we had with you before we came to the house, you have been very service oriented and answered us quickly when we had questions. The only problem we had was that the taxi didn't find the address we were given, we were dropped off a few blocks away. What we would have liked to have been in the house folder is how/where to go to get a taxi, we called many companies, some only hung up when we spoke English, some only took trips to and from airports. Great stay

We (2 families from cold Norway) stayed 2 weeks in this great home. The kids loved the pool and the grownups loved the patio. The kictchen was well equiped and we used the bbq outside several times. This villa is highly recommendable.

A 5* home from home stay

We had an outstanding stay in this stunning villa. Our party included 5 adults and 2 children under the age of 3. The Villa was equipped with travel cots (including bedding), high chairs, plastic cups, books/games and toddler pool toys. A true family friendly villa! We loved the pool and garden space with tables, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. The Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and a bonus with air con in every room. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms with towels available. A well equipped kitchen with a good sized fridge/freezer and a second fridge in the utility space A very short walk to the beach which was pram friendly. The Cabo Roig strip within walking distance too for other restaurants/shops. Dean was very responsive to messages which was also great. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider it again should we be returning to this area. Thank you!!

Perfect Balance for a Chilled Holiday

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and also a newly opened beach restaurant, which we visited several times. 15-20 minute walk to the marina and then maybe 20-25 minute walk to the main strip with a whole host of restaurants, bars and shops. Not to forget the local supermarket just 5 minutes down the road The property is well balanced with good indoor and outdoor spaces, we off course spent most of our time around the pool. Upstairs are two generous bedrooms with en-suite showers (master also has a bath), and downstairs you’ll find the twin bedroom and a further double. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor with a shower over the bath, this was a struggle for us, my father has a disability and unable to do stairs or climb into baths, but we made it work by using the outside pool shower. Communication was great from the owners and property management, and we’d highly recommend this property to anybody.
