Costa Blanca vacation rental with ocean views, in a quiet yet central location

The vacation home is located in Villamartin Rioja, south of Torrevieja, 3 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. Torrevieja is a small town in the southern part of the Costa Blanca with many beautiful and varied white-sand beaches. Torrevieja is approximately 50 km from Alicante (airport). With nearly 300 days of sunshine a year, nestled between nature reserves and salt flats, this area boasts the distinction of having the healthiest climate in Europe (according to the WHO). Almost all beaches have been awarded the BLUE FLAG certification for exceptionally clean beaches.
The range of sports activities is also impressive. Marinas, 15 golf courses, water sports schools, tennis facilities, bike tours, and diving schools leave little to be desired. Four 18-hole golf courses are in the immediate vicinity, and tee times can be booked through us. The popular freshwater canal is perfect for biking and exploring the surrounding area. Our vacation home is designed for 3–4 people and features 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed.
Living room with satellite TV (German channels), radio, washing machine, kitchen, bathroom, breakfast terrace, and a large rooftop terrace with a sunroom for relaxing. There is also a large communal pool exclusively for residents and guests. The beautiful beaches and seaside hiking trails are about 3 km away. Shopping options (Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona) are in the immediate vicinity. Entertainment venues and restaurants are also within walking distance. The popular bike path along the freshwater canal is just 1 minute away. Here you can explore the surrounding area without any hills. Bike rentals are available directly through us.
The vacation rental is lovingly furnished. We provide bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and kitchen towels. There are also plenty of beach umbrellas and lounge chairs available. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
We’ll personally hand over the keys and welcome you upon your arrival, as we live right here in the area, very close to you.
We charge a flat fee of 100.00 EUR for the final cleaning.

If you’d like to stay for a month or longer during the off-season (winter), please inquire. We offer a 40% discount for stays of 28 days or longer. Utilities such as electricity, water, and gas are billed separately.
Please pay for the final cleaning and leave a security deposit of 200 EUR on-site when you pick up the keys.
