Prima hotel, prettige medewerkers en nette kamer. Ligging vlak bij de luchthaven en Orio Center was in ons geval een voordeel. Het hotel is schoon en modern. Ontbijt prima.

Uitstekende locatie als uitvalsbasis om te shoppen in Milaan. Oriocenter letterlijk naast de deur. Met de bus ben je in iets meer dan een uur in Centrum Milaan. Nette kamer, super schoon en heerlijk ontbijt.

Very comfortable hotel for early departures/late arrivals, for which you pay an amount that is fair. Though just across the street from the terminal, due to where you can cross, it is a 12 minute walk (there is a shuttle but it isn't free).

Vlakbij de luchthaven dus ideale ligging. Ik zou echter van een luchthavenhotel verwachten dat de keuken bijvoorbeeld dag en nacht open is (al is het maar voor een kleinigheidje)... Wij zijn geland om 23u, tegen dat we uit de luchthaven en in het hotel waren, was het 23u30-23u45 en dan was er helaas niks meer te krijgen voor onze enorme honger. Er staat beneden in de hal wel een koelkast waar je sandwiches kunt kopen, maar met een glutenintollerantie word het dan natuurlijk erg moeilijk en heb ik mij maar beperkt tot een flesje water en een klein zakje chips. Kan mij voorstellen dat het vooral reizigers zijn die dit hotel boeken, op de vreemdste tijden kunnen eten of iets drinken in een beetje een gezellige bar, lijkt me dan geen overbodige luxe... Verder prima in orde, ik heb me dan de ochtend nadien ook op het heerlijke buffet gestort! ;-)

Te voet toch een heel eindje ondanks de omweg. Zeker onder tijdsdruk en met bagage misschien geen slecht idee om beroep te doen op de vervoerservice vanuit het hotel.

Voor zakelijk verblijf prima, maar is verders niet
Vond het een prima hotel maar echt voor zakenlieden. Wij gingen een dagje shoppen en wilde Savonds nog wat drinken in de bar kon niet. De kasrt bij het restaurant was ook niet echt super. Kamers waren goed.

No smoking room was very smoking, not very pleasant. Rest was good. Internet is very slow. Free but incredibly slow.

Airconditioning is a big disappointment
The airconditioning was only recirculating air instead of producing cold air. Spend the night and the morning in a humid environment wich was very discomfortable. Did not yet receive feedback fronm the hotel about my complaint. I recomment the hotel only for one night stay in connection to Bergamo airport travel. A good working airconditioning is of course a precondition.

Ik kreeg een kamer voor gehandicapten!!!???? Niet bij mee, maar naar al een keer terug hebben moeten lopen omdat mijn sleutel niet werkte had ik geen zin na een lange dag reizen om nog n keer naar beneden te gaan om te vragen om een andere kamer. Douchen in een rolstoel douch is niet top! Badkamer stond binnen een minut blank! Niet blij mee!!!!

Stayed at The NH Orio as we had an early fly from Orio al Serio AirPort. We’ve been welcomed by Mattia at the reception that when above and beyond making ourselves comfortable. Very close to the airport and the shuttle service from 4am was just what we needed. We could walk as it’s about 10 to 15 mins walk, I wouldn’t suggest it with big luggage. The room and the hotel were spotless, especially the bathroom. Spacious and modern room we had more than we needed. We dined at their restaurant, as we didn’t want to go elsewhere, food and service were good I would say a bit overpriced compared to the quality, as you can walk 5 minutes and get to the Shopping centre and find cheaper places for the same quality, but no regrets as was the most convenient choice for us after a long drive. I would strongly recommend and definitely would stay there next time.

Disappointing for the price, room and bathroom pretty basic. Gym is very small and very hot. The hotel is very convenient for an early flight, 10 minute walk from the airport.

Check in was a bit off a faff, but staff seemed nice. Room very basic and not worth the price paid. They really need to do more cleaning in this place and along with this I didn’t appreciate the sheets and pillowcases having stains all over them. A shower over a bath is very old fashioned in this day and age. Floor was sticky, not sure why but I always wore shoes when walking on the floor. There was a muggy smell in the room, which wasn’t very nice. Internet stopped working on the last day and is very slow! Quite a long walk around to the airport, you don’t think there will be , but it was. £100 a night for this is daylight robbery!! Think Italy have a lower standard for what four star is. It’s okay for one night and that’s it!

Perfekte Lage
Perfekte Lage direkt beim Flughafen Bergamo und neben dem grossen Einkaufszentrum Oriocenter. Das Zimmer für ein Flughafenhotel sehr geräumig und das Bett super bequem. Fluglärm kaum hörbar. Sehr freundliches Personal.
