We welcome you to a peaceful, natural setting. Come discover the Barthes de l'Adour with its beautiful landscapes where horses and geese rub shoulders with unique wildlife, herons, egrets, storks, and more. You'll be charmed by its modern decor and its level of comfort, ensuring your stay is as pleasant as possible. You'll enjoy two private terraces, one facing south, the second spacious, covered and opening onto the owner's shared garden. This independent cottage is spread over the ground floor and upper floor and offers high-end amenities for a cozy, well-being stay all year round. It comprises an entrance hall opening onto the living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave) and dining area, an air-conditioned room, a lounge area (flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi), a bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with a bay window opening onto a small terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, with a washing machine. The openwork wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with two single beds (90x190 cm), opening onto the living room. From the kitchen, access to the open terrace housing the tumble dryer, ping-pong table, and two bicycles (one electric). Garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on the property.
