Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
One of my family members had to change rooms three times during our stay. The first room had rodents, the second room had cockroaches, and the third room was dirty and infested with bugs. After reporting these issues multiple times, we were informed that there were no other rooms available.
Because the conditions were unacceptable and did not meet basic health and sanitation standards, we had no choice but to leave and find...

'We looked forward to getting some rest and relaxation after driving over from Tampa and the first this we noticed when we got to our room were there were dead cockroaches hidden away behind the stand alone chair in the room. After cleaning this ourselves, the curtains over the room didn’t fit over the window causing lightning from the hotel next to use to enter the room all night long. 'Great historic hotel right on the river bank. The room was nice with a good size bathroom. The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but otherwise comfortable. There is not really a lot of shelve space, so if you're not travelling light, you might struggle to unpack. Every room has a nice terras. The pool is clean, but unheated.
