'Receptie en waar je ontbijt kon nemen was zeer modern en proper . Ontbijt stelt echt niets voor. Geen verandering , alle dagen hetzelfde . Geen spek of roerei. Enkel wat smeerkaas, confituur en Nutella . Geen brood enkel nagels Verschillende soorten cornflakes. Kamer niet modern en bad was afgeleefd . Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk. Zwembad niet verwarmd en maar 2 u zon aan zwembad op 1 ligbed. Ik spreek voor periode november. Geen aanrader als je graag zont zoals ik. '

'The entire place is very dated and dirty. The hallways are dark, the elevator is dirty and so are the rooms. As soon as I walked into the room it had a strange odor. The carpet in the room was filthy and has several stains. The bedsheets also stained. All the furniture is chipped and falling apart. Not happy at all with my stay. Plus it took about 30 minutes to check in since there was only one employee in the lobby. Never again!'

'Room was good. They advertise having transportation to the universal parks. There is one shuttle at 8:00am that takes you to the park and one at 5:00pm that picks you up from the park. I had expected to have more possibilities. We ended up using Uber which was easy and cheap. Breakfast was pretty good. No fresh fruit though. Gave 1 star for environmental friendliness because everything at breakfast was disposable and our towels were changed every day even when we hung them up.'

'My room was clean for the most part. The TV picture was terrible, the remote didn’t work, I had to slide a chair in front the side door where you could walk into the next room because it wouldn’t lock. The staff isn’t friendly at all. No customer service.'

Bedwant's in the matras. Had to run to a CVS to get some Benadryl. My skin was full of red dots.'

'We had a great stay here for our vacation and would definitely return! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a convenient kitchenette, including a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and sink, which was a nice bonus during our stay.
