You will receive a personalized door code 72 hours before arrival. There is no lobby or front desk.

Gate Access
Champions Gate is a gated community.
• Each driver must present ID at the gate.
• Up to 3 cars/names per reservation.
• Please send full names at least 24 hours before arrival for a smooth check-in process.

Starter Supplies Provided

As a self-catering home, only a starter kit is included:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo and hand soap per bathroom
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish soap and sponge
• 2 garbage bags per bin

Kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils are provided.
Not provided: condiments, seasonings, coffee, or tea.

Pool Heating (Optional)
• Available October–March for $45 per day (must be booked for the full stay).
• Requires 72-hour notice.
• Heats in 24–48 hours.
• Not available April–September.
• Effectiveness may vary when temperatures drop below 60°F (15°C).

Pool Service
• Thursdays (pool unavailable for up to 3 hours).
• Pool heat does not reach hot tub temperatures.

Grill Information
• No grill provided; rentals available locally.
• Please grill on the grass, not on the patio.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Security Cameras
For guest safety:
• One security camera is located at the front entrance.
• One camera is positioned on the pool equipment area (not facing the pool).
