Veelgevraagde ruimte, rustig en veilig in de buurt van alle opwinding! Uitstekende locatie voor congresdeelnemers ook! Vers bijgewerkt interieur met 2 queensize bedden en een slaapbank.
Prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Ruim en leuk, en waar je wilt zijn.

3 nachten minimum het grootste deel van het jaar. Je bent niet beperkt tot za-za of zon-zon. Klein huisdiervriendelijk. 30 pond of minder. $ 50 / huisdier / week + borg voor huisdieren.
Gratis draadloos internet en parkeren.

Bezoekers van de conventie zijn dol op deze plek - 5 minuten naar het centrum. Koppels en volwassenen houden van de rustige kant van het resort waar we zijn.

Dit prachtige herenhuis is net volledig van boven naar beneden bijgewerkt met mooie meubels en nieuw alles! Flatscreen-tv's, hoofdmatras met hoofdslaapkamer, Corian aanrecht, prachtige hoge plafonds, een fantastisch uitzicht en veel ruimte. Voelt als een rustige omgeving direct naast een bruisend en leuk resort waar u met korting tickets voor de parken kunt kopen. Locatie is absoluut geweldig. Elke gast die hier heeft verbleven, vertelt me dat ze van de locatie HOUDEN.

Laat het plezier beginnen in dit geweldige stadshuis met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers in het hart van alle attracties. Dit komt niet uit het niets. HOOFD LOCATIE!

De grote slaapkamer boven heeft twee luxe queensize bedden, inloopkast, balkon. Flatscreen-tv's met dvd-spelers. De ruime slaapkamer beneden heeft een eigen ligbad en een aparte ingang van buiten en naar de hoofdeenheid die privacy biedt. Net opnieuw ingericht.

WOONRUIMTE: woonkamer heeft een gewelfd plafond van twee verdiepingen, prachtig uitzicht op het water, ontbijtruimte, keuken (bereik, oven, magnetron, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, borden, glazen, potten / pannen. Privételefoon (alleen lokale gesprekken), televisie en dvd-speler. SLAAP zes comfortabel.

Het naastgelegen resort heeft ruimtes die open zijn voor het publiek, zoals een nieuw Draft Bar & Grill-restaurant, een bakker, een broodjeszaak, een espressobar, een supermarkt, een cadeauwinkel, een geldautomaat en een full-service SPA (zou je niet houden van een pedicure na een dag in het park?)

Kom naar beneden en zie de fantastische bloemen in Epcot of neem de nieuwe trein en interactieve achtbaanrit bij Harry Potter / Universal. Sea World's Discovery Cove ultieme all-inclusive dag op slechts 1,5 km van de accommodatie.

Vergeet niet kanovaren, kajakken of snorkelen, drijvend langs een rivier in onze kristalheldere meren en rivieren in nabijgelegen staatsparken of in de waterparken. Golf tot je erbij neervalt. Winkelavonturen zijn eindeloos. Mickey en Minnie hebben jou ook nodig! Prijzen zijn geweldig!

Op dit moment hebben we geen zwembad, maar er zijn VIJF geweldige waterparken binnen 10 minuten. Nergens anders in het land zul je zoiets vinden. Absoluut geweldig!
BESTE waterparken - GLOEDNIEUW ongelooflijk waterpark net geopend op Universal (25 mei 2017), SeaWorld's Aquatica, Disney heeft Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach. Discovery Cove, zwemmen met dolfijnen is een keer is een levenslange ervaring. All-inclusive dag, duur en moet GOED vooraf reserveren. Alsof je alleen in een privépark bent. Voor een dagje uit heeft Busch Gardens ook een gigantisch waterpark, en Daytona Beach waterpark ligt tegenover de promenade.

NIEUWS! Gloednieuw ongelooflijk waterpark geopend op 25 mei 2017 bij Universal. Volcano Bay! Universal heeft Harry Potter met Midnight Express-trein tussen parken, het plezier van Minion, de nieuwe Simpson's Ride (vroeger Back to the Future) en achtbaan Rock and Ride naar muziek en video. Er is een nieuw concertpodium op Universal, dat is geweldig. Harry Potter is een enorm succes met lekker Butter Beer - je moet wat proberen.

Great location, property needs some attention

Great location for our trip to Disney and Universal. Close to everything. Easy checking in and out. We had some issues with the AC not working the first day and was able to reach thw owner who was responsive and we got it fixed the second night of our stay. Sliding glass door was tough to open and noticed it was leaking during heavy rain. Upon our arrival there were several dead roaches on the floor throughout the condo, I am assuming was just recently treated but would suggest to have that checked and removed before guest check in. That along with the 80 degree heat the first night didn’t make for a great experience. Overall it fit our need for quick access spot to theme parks and owner was responsive. For the price would recommend to stay for a family.

Perfect venue for our trip

The location was perfect for our needs: Universal Studios 10 minutes away, the Convention Center (for the Orlando Megacon) 10 minutes away and tons of retaraunts just a quick drive away. The condo was set up for relaxation after busy days exploring and enjoying what Orlando has to offer. Updated bathrooms, comfortable beds and living room furniture along with multiple TV’s. Everything you could ask for in a vacation rental! Gayle was readily available for any questions/concerns. Would definitely not think twice about coming back.

Perfect place for our Disney trip

Handicap accessible first floor bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower! This was great for my parents while myself, husband and daughter stayed in the upstairs bedroom since with 2 beds. The bathroom upstairs was great too. Air conditioning was nice and chilled quick. We didn't cook but it looked like all the things to cook with were there. Great apt size fridge worked for us. There were ice cube trays in the freezer. There was dish soap and sponge. There were starter rolls of TP and paper towels and laundry soap sheets under the sink which came in handy for washing towels during our stay. Some things to note: there were only 4 wash cloths and 5 of us (condo sleeps 6). I wish I would have brought a loofa or extra wash cloths. The laundry is nice but it is a short walk to the laundry room. It is only pay with card, not coins. There is a Keurig machine and a few K-Cups but no sugar or creamer. If that's what you like in your coffee, you can bring cream and sugar. No spices/oils for cooking. Walmart is a super short drive to get those things if you want to do some cooking. We had a great time and enjoyed the stay. I would definitely book this condo or with Gayle White again!!! She is a wonderful host! We were literally 15 minutes away from Disney and Universal! So convenient and comfy! The area seemed safe and we did not have any trouble while we were there. We felt safe walking to do laundry at night and relaxing on the patio in the morning. Beautiful sunset over the lake!

Great location!

Great location to Orange County Convention Center and parks. Close to Walmart for supplies. The condo is like photos with the exception of the appearance of size of living room and kitchen space. We had two adults and a teen and we were glad we didn’t have to share the space. Bedrooms are good size. The furniture could be updated/deep cleaned as well as the carpet. The bathrooms were clean! I will say we missed having a pool. The area around the condos was a bit dark and the condo next door is marked uninhabitable. We felt safe, but found those things questionable. All in all, the price and location could not be beat and we were only there to sleep.

We were in town to visit Universal for 3 days. We were a 4-10 min ride from the parks depending on traffic. Ubers found us easily. Wal mart just down the street was very convenient for park snacks! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location! Very nice unit

We really enjoyed our stay here. We visited both Disney and Universal, and this was convenient to both. The apartment itself is not huge but is very nice and suited us well. We saw the Sea World fireworks over the lake and enjoyed walks around the property. Be sure to use the fan as directed upstairs because it helps keep it cool!

Nice location for the parks

Most of the time we spent in the parks. The condo's location is great for that purpose. When we're done with the parks, it was impossible to have a dinner together for 2 adults and 3 kids at the condo, due to the very small space to sit and absents of the kitchen essentials. Also, the kitchen sink is in a very weird spot. Outside the condo, there're piles of dirt that didn't look attractive and abandoned property next door was kind of telling us it's own story:( Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Good for short stays, especially if you're spending all day at the theme parks.

I stayed for 5 weeks and worked during the week. I don't recommend doing this for anyone else. The condo has DSL and the best speed I ever got was 3 Mbps download and 0.25 Mbps upload. My Sprint cell service was right around the same speed. So it was very difficult to work. Gayle was nice enough to allow me to work from her office but I work from home so that I can actually work from home. She said the unit will get cable internet within a few months, but that didn't help me. Another issue I had was the bad kitchen layout. The sink is in the corner which makes it uncomfortable to wash dishes. I saw 2 roaches during my stay. I think they get in because the seals around the front and back door aren't adequate and there are large gaps. The upstairs bedroom is much warmer than downstairs. That is probably to be expected but just be aware. I'd recommend staying here if you're going to the theme parks all day and just need a place to relax and sleep afterward. It's not for someone who plans on being in the condo all day every weekday.

This was the perfect spot for our time in Orlando. We met friends from Texas and we are from Ohio. What a great time to sit and relax and enjoy catching up. Just minutes away from every park and other than being exhausted, loved every moment there. Gayle is great to work with and She even smchecked on us after an incident that did not affect us, what a host! Thank you and we will be in touch when we decide to return in a couple years.

Poorly cleaned and ventilated townhouse in ideal location

I stayed here with my sister and a couple friends to go to the universal and Disney for a few days. It was an ideal location but that was about the only good thing about it. They had dog hair in the beds that were supposed to be clean. They had an assortment of bugs in the upstairs and downstairs rooms. The air ventilation was also seriously off for the upstairs loft bedroom. It was easily 15 degrees warmer no matter what temperature you put the thermostat on while the downstairs was freezing. I will say I didn’t contact the manager about these issues while staying here, I just dealt with it and told her about it after the fact. She did give me a small partial refund for the unpleasantness of the entire experience, hence the 2/5 stars.

Convenient Location to OCCC

A functional space for a small group with laundry facilities on site. Tastefully decorated with lovely bathrooms. Lack of pool and limited internet made the stay a bummer, but there was a splash park 10 minutes away.
