This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers the perfect base for your Orlando vacation.



Rest and Relaxation:

* The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom recently renovated with a shower.

* Two additional bedrooms each provide flexible sleeping arrangements with a twin and a full-size bed. The shared bathroom offers a convenient shower/tub combination.

* For families traveling with infants, a pack 'n' play is available (please bring your own sheets).

* The living room provides comfortable seating for relaxation (please note: the couch does not convert to a bed).



Convenient Amenities:

* The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner cooktop stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machines, cutlery, cooking appliances, and tableware.

* We provide a set of bath and hand towels for your use (please bring your own washcloths).

* Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

In the clubhouse you can enjoy an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a gym and a tennis court.



The Neighborhood:

This is a very bright neighborhood, full of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, gift shops, pharmacies and a lot more just a few miles from the Condo. This is a quiet Residential familiar Condo. No parties, loud noises nor strangers other than the guests are allowed in this property and it's amenities. You can be fined $250 daily for breaking their administration rules.



Getting Around:

A variety of dining options, including Friday's, Chili's, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonald's, and Burger King, are within easy walking distance.

The prime location on US 192 and Old Town provides easy access to countless restaurants, attractions, and entertainment for all ages.



Other Things to Note:

- Guests are required to sign the short-term agreement, provide a valid identification and a credit card for the security deposit for this property.



- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.



- No Pets Allowed: For health and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets of any kind, including service animals.



- To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, parties and events are not permitted; any breach of this condition will lead to the cancellation of your reservation.
