Cozy 4 Bedroom Villa with 3 Bathrooms and South Facing Pool

Located on the gated Clermont community of Mission Park is this privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa with good access to the US27. It features a south-facing private pool with no overlooking rear neighbours, plus a games room and has community facilities which can be reached with just a 3 minute walk. These include an outdoor swimming pool, kids’ playground and a basketball court, so all guests can find something to do. Head south on the US27 to reach the popular US192 where you will find hundreds of restaurants that will suit all tastes and budgets. Travel north on the US27 to find a few more restaurants, should you wish to avoid the crowds. Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes and is where you can see the parades at Magic Kingdom, visit the World Showcase at Epcot and watch the Fantasmic! nighttime show in Hollywood Studios. Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, is 40-45 minutes from your villa and has exciting worlds to explore, as well as thrilling rollercoasters to ride. More excitement can be found at Universal Resorts, which have The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all just a 35-40 minute drive from your villa. Animal lovers can swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, while thrill seekers will want to ride the Mako rollercoaster at SeaWorld, both just 30-35 minutes away.

Living Accommodation:
Spend quality time with your family in this open-plan vacation villa. The kitchen is to the right of the villa, well-equipped with some stainless steel appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your whole family. The breakfast bar is a great place to enjoy a snack in the day or start your morning with cereal and orange juice. The nearby formal dining table is perfect for enjoying a meal throughout the day, or for playing card games when you need a break from the sun. The family lounge is to the rear of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool, so you can watch your favorite movies before stepping out for a quick dip in the water.

Bedrooms:
The Main bedrooms are to the back left & right of the villa with a Queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms, Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the front of the villa, both with Twin beds and are decorated in styles that are suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV with streaming capability.

Entertainment:
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the games room located at the front of the villa. Inside you will find a pool table. More entertainment can be found by walking just 3 minutes to the community facilities, which include a swimming pool, children’s play area and a basketball court.

Outdoor Living:
Relax on our very own South-facing private pool, and no overlooking rear neighbors. While your kids play in the pool, lay back with a good book on one of our four sun loungers on the extended pool deck under the Orlando sunshine, keeping an eye out for any wildlife towards the rear. The covered dining table offers a place to get out of the sun as you enjoy a chilled drink and snack.
