Welcome to this terrific four-bedroom, two-bath home in Glenbrook Resort. Luxury, privacy and a perfect location make this home your ideal vacation destination. This home has everything you could want for a perfect holiday; just bring your clothes and enjoy. You are only 15-20 minutes from all of the attractions that Walt Disney World has to offer.

This home is beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings and a Florida feel. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities to prepare meals and is adjacent to a beautiful dining room to enjoy them. The large family room is perfect for family gatherings and has access to the inviting, private screened pool, spa and deck. With its south-facing location, the screened pool, hot tub and deck can be fully enjoyed year round.

There is a private master suite with access to the pool deck and large ensuite bath room. Three additional bedrooms are located separate from the master suite. These bedrooms feature one queen bed and four twin beds and have access to a seperate full bathroom. For entertainment a DVD player and games room with billiard table and foosball table is available for guests.

All four bedrooms and the family room feature new flat screen TV's with cable. Wireless internet service is available throughout the home. Local and long distance telephone service is also available.

Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7.Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. This will be a self-catering house.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
