Guest Information:

Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).

Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.

Trash Disposal: Trash is collected daily. Please use 13-gallon bags and place them in the bin outside next to the front door to help keep the home clean and tidy.

Parking: Designated parking spot in front of the house.

Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supplies only, intended for the beginning of your stay. Additional items must be purchased by the guest as needed.

• Two 30 ml bottles (2-in-1 shampoo & conditioner)

• One small trash bag
Half Bathroom:

Starter supplies are limited. Any additional quantities must be purchased by the guest at a nearby store.

Kitchen Amenities: Regular coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, air fryer, and Keurig Coffee Maker (pods are not provided).

Extra fee for BBQ use ($75 one-time).

Hot Tub: No additional fee. Please allow approximately 4 hours for the water to heat to the desired temperature.
