Welcome to your home away from home in the sought-after Champions Gate Resort. Designed for comfort and convenience, this five-bedroom, five-bathroom home offers plenty of space for relaxing, entertaining, and making lasting memories.

Step outside to your private screened-in pool and jacuzzi, complete with a covered lanai and patio seating. Whether you’re starting your day with coffee by the pool or unwinding after a day at the parks, this outdoor space is a guest favorite.

Inside, the home features a bright and open layout with two separate living areas, ideal for larger groups. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The house is beautiful and clean, great neighborhood, easy to contact property management. BUT the game room, which was a selling point for our group was absolutely not what it appears to be in the pictures. The back lighting around the tv didnt work, it was impossible to get anything to work on the tv in there, the pool table had some issues like the pool sticks were broken. Then the check out procedure was not what I have delt with in other rentals. We obviously moved the decorative plates/bowls/cups because they weren't practical and made the counter look cluttered. And we obviously used and washed the other dinnerware, but they wanted every item put back exactly the way they were. So we had to place every displayed, decorative, and stacked item exactly where they were or we would be charged a fee. There were so many must do's with threats of a fee. Why pay for a cleaning fee when you are required to leave the place spotless and ready for the next family when that should be the cleaning crews job.

We spent a week at this house. It had everything you could ever want. My only complaint is the rooms get hot at night. A fan in the bedrooms would help a ton. No complaints. Would definitely recommend to others

Clean Dirty house

The property looked exactly like the pictures, but it wasn't clean. All of the beds were uncomfortable. If you have any old injuries or back pain you're going to be miserable. After being in the parks all day you want to rest, ain't happening here. The house is big but there isn't enough cooking utensils for large family cooking. They also wouldn't let you control the thermostat. We were freezing, it was a couple of cold nights and there was no heat.The blankets weren't clean. The pool heat was nice but the pool wasn't clean. We like that the grill was nice and included in the price. We have rented many houses in Champions Gate and this one was just ok.

Great house… feedback on minor details: would have helped to have a few more pots, glasses and utensils in kitchen, more bath towels, pool towels, more hangers in closets and more blankets. Issue with ants in first floor suite (although the property manager sent someone out right away to spray which was appreciated)
