➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a tranquil area, this location offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to all the action Orlando has to offer. The neighborhood is family-friendly, with quiet streets perfect for an evening stroll or a morning jog.



You'll be just minutes away from major attractions like Disney, Universal, and the vibrant Downtown Orlando area. It's a great spot for those who want to experience the thrill of theme parks but also crave a relaxing escape at the end of the day.



Convenience is key here, with shopping centers, dining options, and entertainment venues just a short drive away. Whether you're stocking up on groceries or looking for a place to enjoy a meal, everything you need is within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Car Rental: Renting a car is the most convenient way to explore Orlando and its surrounding areas. You'll have the freedom to visit theme parks, shopping centers, and local attractions at your own pace. Most major car rental companies operate nearby, making pickup and drop-off a breeze.

Other Things to Note:

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
