6 Bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 14 people. Hot tub ($25/day, has to be rented for entry stay), West facing pool, heated pool ($35/day for pool heat), large pool deck with BBQ grill ($65 rental fee for your entire stay), sun loungers, table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining and soaking up the Florida sun. Located in a gated community "Vista Park", your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

***Few Outside Security Cameras (no cameras are inside or pool deck area)***

Large driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. This home has a open plan concept on the ground floor with a living area, dinning area and kitchen all in one space. The kitchen has everything you will need and is furnished with stainless steel double doors fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

On the ground floor there are 2 queen bedrooms, the upper floor has 2 king en-suites (Private bathrooms), 1 queen and 1 twin/bunk bedroom. This home has four bathrooms, 1 full bathroom on the ground floor and 3 full bathrooms upstairs. Garage has been converted into a game room. On the pool deck, there is plenty of seating with table and chairs and few loungers.

Pool can be heated for $35 per day. At least 48hrs notice required. PLEASE NOTE: NO Child Safety Fence around the pool, please take proper safety precautions as needed.

Gas Grill rental fee is $65 for your entire stay. Propane tank is provided.

Disney ~8 miles/Universal Studios ~ 20 miles/Sea world ~ 17 miles/Lego Land ~ 30 Closest Grocery Store (Publix), gas station and Pharmacy (CVS) are only 1.5 miles away. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within 5 miles radius of this property.

The property is about 2700 sf (including garage)/Central AC/Fully Equipped Kitchen/full size Washer & Dryer/Free WiFi/No cable but seven Smart TV's/Patio Furniture & Sun Loungers/Fresh Towels & Linens Included/Hair Dryers, Iron & Ironing Board.

Keyless entry. We thoughtfully and carefully prepared this place for large families and it is definitely comfortable and can easily accommodate up to 14 people. Garage is not available for parking because we turned the garage into a cozy (garage door remains closed at all time). Definitely take advantage of the washer-dryer. High speed internet and wifi available. We offer pool towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths. We also provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all the bathrooms. To help you start off: we will provide one roll of toilet paper and small hand soap in each bathroom. In the kitchen - one roll of towel paper, two dish washer tablets, two extra trash bags, and one small hand and dish soap with sponge will be provided. Please plan your stay accordingly.

We booked and stayed for 2 weeks as a large group! There were many pros but some cons, I’m gonna start with the wonderful parts of our stay! -the house was large enough for our whole group to stay together.-contact was good with the owners/managers -the pool was clean and onsite (pool staff was friendly and came weekly) , so we could be enjoying a meal and the kids be swimming and not have to travel to check on them. There was a good amount of pool toys etc -The rooms were spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable. -the location was great away from the crazy busy areas but just a quick car ride to local favorites! Some of the downside of this location was :-The pool was not heated for our first 3 days there yet we had to pay - paid for the bbq and it was so rotten we used it once but then it wasn’t the worth the effort to cook on two of the burners that somewhat worked (we did get a 150 discount in the end ) -the house was not as well kept as represented in the photos. -the hot tub cover was falling apart in pieces and we constantly were having to clean out the pieces from the hot tub - we had to buy meal essentials so we could all eat as a group. We had to buy plates, and cuttlery so there was enough for us to all eat together. This rental was still enjoyable for us as a group and we made some amazing memories but I do believe the value in some updates and supplies would make it more accommodating to the amount of people that will be using the facilities.

I'm from New England so I like to break up my winters. I've stay in many houses over the years and this house was exactly as described, the pool, hot tub and patio area was extremely relaxing. The house was big with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Quiet neighborhood and very easy to enter and exit the gated community. We had absolutely no complaints about this property. I did have to reach out to the host for a very minor issues and it was resolved in 2 minutes. The house location is perfect for all your Disney's adventures, shoppping Outlets and theres plenty of restaurants to choose from. Its about a 45 minute ride to Orlando international airport (MCO). Ive stayed in many property rentals. This house is definitely above average compared to some of the other house Ive stay at. I would definitely rent again and I would also recommend it to friends and family.

Overall we were happy with the property. Super easy drive to parks, house was clean and spacious. Outdoor area was great. Game room in garage was a nice touch except ping pong table was broken and there was no more hockey pucks for air hockey table. Only major complaint would be that the property manager came into the home while we were out, I believe he lives next door. I felt uneasy knowing my personal belongings were left out and when we returned things were different, doors open and some closed. air conditioning set to a new temp, hose in pool, trash can completely gone from driveway. When I asked the owner she first said it was the manager but when I said he was in the home while we left she didn’t respond.

Exceeded our expectations. Interior was more spacious than we estimated by looking at the exterior photo. TV in every room. Nice clean pool and hot tub in a screened enclosure attached to the house. Game room with multiple offerings (ping pong, pool, foosball, board games, etc). Close to Disney World & restaurants, grocery & pharmacy stores. Excellent communication with the host before, during and after our stay.

We really enjoyed this place and it was very comfortable and convenient! We had a bit of a misunderstanding with the hosts about the pool/hot tub heating but it was resolved rather smoothly and they both were very easy to contact. Definitely would book again and recommend!!

At first look, the place is nice but it is seriously lacking some TLC. The furniture is damaged and worn out. Couldn't sit at dining room take cause the chair legs were barely hanging on. The living room furniture is worn down. The unstairs shower bath combo has an very slow drain couldn't use it and smelled like mold. Showerheads need scrubing,

Wonderful propertu

Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Kitchen was well stocked (keurig, blender, cookware). Loved the outdoor space and especially the pool/jaccuzi/grill/outdoor dining area. Owners were helpful and responsive. Everything was exactly as pictured in owner photos. Also the bed in the master bedroom is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered at a rental property. Would definitely stay here again! We have a large blended family with young adult/teen children and this was perfect for all of us.

The location served us as we visited many local attractions. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms worked well to help get everyone out the door in the morning.The house was tidy but the pool deck could stand to be blown off. Lots of leaves and debris. The 3 lounge chairs appear to all have bent/broken legs and were sitting directly on the deck. Some of the pool towels were a bit frayed and could probably be replaced. The kitchen could use a few storage dishes since there was no plastic wrap or tin foil available to cover leftovers. Not something you're going to purchase if you're there for a few days and flying home.The game room was fun for all!Overall this home worked well for our visit with extended family to celebrate our graduate.

Pure Bliss

I stayed here this past week with 6 of my friends and we all had an absolute blast. The house was very neat and clean. Plenty of amenities to explore like the game room and pool. We didn’t use the hot tub but I’m sure it was just as nice as the pool. The community was very friendly and quiet. Absolutely loved it here and would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vacation with friends/family

Senior year Spring break

The house was lovely! It was very spacious, equipped with everything you would need for your family and truly felt like home away from home. The rooms were spacious, and everyone in our group was happy with their sleeping quarters. This home is very close to every store you may need while visiting. Also was the perfect distant to the parks we visited. The hosts were very communicative with check in/out process and very friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Davenport area .
