* Please be aware of Windsor Island resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 3 vehicles per townhouse is permitted. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the car being towed.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.
BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.
AMENITIES:
* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available before your check-in.
* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).
* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.
* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.
* Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE:
We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
POOL AND SPA HEATER:
Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both, and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has been processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours before your arrival. *The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F. Thank you for your understanding.

🚗 Vehicle & Guest Registration Policy
To ensure safety and smooth entry during our stay, the resort enforces strict rules:
* All guests must be pre-registered, including drivers, passengers, and rideshare drop-offs (Uber, Lyft, taxi).
* Unregistered guests will not be admitted.
* 3 vehicles maximum,
* Once the limit is reached, no additional vehicles will be allowed, with no exceptions.
Please submit all guest information to avoid delays at security.
