This listing includes ONLY the main 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom townhome portion of the property.

Please note that there is a completely separate studio unit on-site that is occupied only occasionally when the owner is in town. There is no permanent tenant living in the studio, and it remains closed when not in use.

The studio has its own private entrance and does not share indoor living spaces with the main home.

The laundry area (washer and dryer) may occasionally be shared only when the owner is staying in the studio. Guests will always be notified in advance if the shared laundry space will be in use during their stay. We want to be fully transparent about this arrangement so guests know exactly what to expect prior to booking.
