Bella Piazza is a beautiful, Mediterranean-style community, conveniently located near Orlando’s top attractions and championship golf courses only minutes away. The spacious and stylish condo is kid and pet friendly condo with a full kitchen, 3 roomy bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. Dining area with seating for six. The spacious Living Room has a power recliner couch and love seat. Enjoy sitting on the covered porch with view of the pool. Enjoy staying in a one-of-a-kind property!



The 1st floor corner condo has a open concept with the kitchen being open to the dining and family room for entertaining family and friends. The Kitchen is fully equipped with whirlpool appliances full size electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster and everything you need to prepare meals The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and a flat screen TV and a full-size bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a closet and a flat screen TV and a private full-size bathroom.

In the living room is a power reclining sofa and a 55' Roku TV for your enjoyment. Off the living room and master is a large porch with 4 chairs and a table with a view of the pool community gardens.

You will find a stacked Washer and Dryer for your use. An iron & ironing board are available. Bath and pool towels provided for your stay. Also included are starter amenities/essentials to settle in for example: Coffee with sugar/creamer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dish Washer Soap, and Dish Soap & Sponge. Toilet Paper, and all garbage containers have bags. Parking is free.



Check in time is 4:00 pm or after. Transportation by car is the easiest method to get around the Orlando and parking is free at the condo.

As a hint it is best to leave early to get to the theme parks as traffic can get heavy later in the morning.

There are many restaurants and a Publix Grocery Store just a short 3-minute drive away or 10 minutes walking.

The Disney Theme Parks are a 20 min drive and there is a golf course within a 5-minute drive from the condo.

Car transportation is the easiest method and parking is free at the resort. As a hint it is best to leave early for the theme parks as traffic gets worse as the day goes on. It is a short 3 minute drive to restaurants and shopping.

A Publix grocery store is about a 5 min drive away. You can walk to the restaurants which is about a 10 minute walk.



Bath towels, pool towels and bed linens are provided for your stay.



Please note amenities/essentials are provided as a starter kit only. the quest is responsible for additional amenities/essentials during their stay.



Pet Fee: The standard pet fee is up to $100 per stay only dogs allowed sorry no cats. Please contact owner with details on how many pets as additional fees may be applied. Guest must provide pounds of pet and current rabies vaccination for approval. Please note maximum allowable weight is 30 lbs.



A Gate/Clubhouse key is also provided. If lost you will be subject to a $25.00 fee to replace.
