Deze prachtige waterkant villa is gelegen op een rustige cul-de-sac straat waar u kunt genieten van alle buiten de gebieden. De villa is gelegen op 5 - 25 minuten van de belangrijkste attracties zoals Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, en anderen. De ontwikkeling is net ten noorden van Highway 27 & 192 en slechts 10 minuten naar de poorten van Disney World.

Winkels en lokale restaurants zijn binnen 2 tot 15 minuten. Walmart, Publix, Super Kmart, Super Target, JC Penneys, Kohl, Walgreens; Denny's, McDonald's, Burger King, Outback Steakhouse, Pizza Hut, A & W, Perkins, om er maar een paar te noemen zijn in de buurt.

Er zijn twee master suites met luxe badkamers en prachtig ingericht. Daarnaast zijn er twee aparte slaapkamers met een gedeelde badkamer, met een maximale capaciteit van acht personen in alle comfort. In de volledig uitgeruste keuken genieten van een 'gastronomische' maaltijd of gewoon boterhammen met uitzicht op het zwembad. Er zijn vier TV's, sommige met VHS en dvd-spelers, allen met toegang tot de kabel.

Buiten, de professioneel aangelegde tuin met palmbomen en ander groen met uitzicht op het water voorste gedeelte toe te voegen aan de rustige omgeving wilde dieren. De prachtige zonnedek gebied met een waterval ingebouwd in het zwembad en overdekt terras met kwaliteit tafels, ligstoelen en stoelen bieden alle voldoende gelegenheid om de Florida klimaat te genieten. NEW uitgebreide neming gebied zorgt voor een volledige genot van het meer durng de hele dag en avond.

Er zijn speeltuinen op het terrein, met tennis, voetbal en basketbal faciliteiten op minder dan twee minuten lopen. Als u besluit te blijven in te genieten van een beetje 'Air Hockey' of 'Electronic' Basketbal in de garage gebied. This is our 5th time renting a home in the Clermont area to visit family during the Summer as we like to have a pool for our children during our stay. Hands down, this was the BEST rental we have ever had! Everything was so nice and clean when we walked in, the pool was beautiful, and the property manager was so kind and attentive to all of the questions we had while we were there. The owners were also wonderful and communicative leading up to our stay and during our stay. We had a fantastic stay renting this property. My father, who lives in the area, even commented that it was the best rental we have ever had. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

From the first email I got from the owner to the last, my experience was wonderful. The pool heat was fantastic, the house was clean, the communication was beyond and I would rent there again with zero hesitation! We rented the house for 5 weeks and it felt just like home. The wifi is strong throughout the house and even on the lanai. Thanks again Alex and Patty.

We have stayed many places and this is at the top of the list as far as exceeding expectations!All of the amenities like the coolers, camp chairs, chalk for the pool sticks, etc were perfect. We never had the “I wish they had this” feeling you get at other places we’ve stayed. The lanai and pool area were perfect with lots of room for everyone and a nice view!

The house was clean and ready for us and the owner and manager communicated very well. The pool is private and supplies a great view. We paid extra for pool heat and unlike some other houses we’ve rented with pool “heat” this water was warm. Well done.

We stayed 2 weeks at the property, all the amenities of home were provided. It’s located in a cul-de-sac / quiet neighbourhood where most live permanently. The location was close enough to all the parks but far enough away from the major hustle and bustle. Improvements in flooring were evident. Our family overwhelmingly determined this was a return destination. Thanks

The ownership & management communicated well leading to a smooth check in experience. Management was also prompt in responding to identified concerns. The home was as advertised, with a good layout & desireable features. The infant items (strollers, high chair, etc.) were very helpful. The home is experiencing some wear due to age. There was an excessive amount of local pests in the property (primarily ants, though some roaches & lizards, and 1 tiny baby snake). That was a major issue for my party. Otherwise the home was as advertised, in a good location, & met our basic needs. The pool area was a highlight.

My husband and I, and our daughter and son-in-law stayed at this property for a week. The check in process could not have been easier and the owner Alex was very responsive to all of our questions beforehand. The enclosed patio is huge and the pool is beautiful. It backs up to a nature preserve and lake, and was so relaxing! The beds in both master bedrooms were extremely comfortable and we are really picky about beds! There are plenty of towels for showers and the pool and the other bedrooms would be great for kids! We will definitely return if we're in this area again!

The neighborhood was lovely. It was quiet and calm, exactly what we needed for our Thanksgiving week. The house was a little dusty, and all of our allergies kicked up when we were in the house, but overall, it was great. There were WAY more linens than we needed, which made it super easy to grab fresh towels for the kids each time we got out of the water. The heated pool was warm enough for the kids to swim on 70 degree days, and the seating areas around the pool were perfect for adults to relax away from the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. No complaints about the beds or bathrooms. We'd stay there again, for sure. :)

Overall, pretty good. Home is very clean. The property managers were very nice and quick to respond. BUT, there are some things that need attention. First, if you're going to list items/show items for kids to play with on your site, then make sure they function. Make sure they're not broken. We had to McGuiver an end goal post on the air hockey out of foil because it was broken and fix the cracked one on the other end. You're managers tell me the owners have been aware of this. And the darts are pretty sad. The kitchen chairs are missing screws so a couple chairs very wobbly. And the couch in the living room is not comfortable. Maybe switch it out for the ones in the front room. Plywood under the cushions doesn't make it very comfortable, and that's the room where everyone sits -- the TV room. Overall, home is very clean, so very pleased there. Can't say enough about the property managers -- so very nice and on top of everything. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at this clean, well equipped property! The home is in a quiet neighborhood about a half-hour drive to Disney parking and just couple minutes to a Publix grocery. Game room and pool were great for keeping the kids occupied. Great value for this four bedroom home!
