Wonderful trip
The property was very comfortable. We loved everything about the place. We especially enjoyed being so close to the 4th hole of the golf course. We enjoyed watching the golfers every day from the patio and through the glass sliding doors when inside . Every Saturday night the neighbors in the house across the golf course partied with extremely loud music which you could hear even with the doors closed. Our stay would have been perfect except for that one neighbor.

A great find at very short notice!
The villa was very clean. Despite not living in the US,Nicole (the owner) always responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay and was very accommodating to any requests we had. There was a minor issue with the house bathroom toilet which was rectified within less than two hours of us reporting it to Nicole,by her maintenance man Mauro,who was friendly and informative. The villa is set on a lovely peaceful estate,with a golf course running through it right behind the villa.It was interesting to watch the golfers play and have a chat with some of them.Lake Davenport is just a short walk away and my husband got some stunning photos of the sunrises there,plus stunning photos of the sunsets standing just outside of the pool screen at the villa.On our last Sunday morning we had the pleasure of watching at least 6 hot air balloons fly over the villa,with their occupants calling good morning to us, again some great photo opportunities. We got Cranes walking past the villa too, plus regular visits from a couple of squirrels. We would have no problem recommending this or any of the other villas that Nicole owns and would certainly stay here or at one of her other villas ourselves again.

Just as described!! Quiet neighborhood minutes away from the Disney and other attractions. We had a small problem with the grill but upon contacting property manager, it was fixed within 2 hours. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a bit of a hiccup at check-in, as the owner gave me the wrong address to the property I had booked. I was able to contact her, and she corrected it right away. The home was nice and clean, and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, which is always a bonus.

The Good & the Not so Good
Inside of the house is as pictured and Nicole was very responsive. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Couches were extremely comfortable, more comfortable than the beds! Master bedroom was just as pictured. The water pressure isn't that great in the master bathroom shower, but we found it did get slightly better after we cleaned the shower head. The other two bedrooms were also as pictured, but one room was missing an HDMI cable, so the tv didn't work. The house overall got warm since we asked not to put the AC below 74 degrees (per email) or 75 (per book on coffee table). We used the box fan that was in the garage and the ceiling fans, but at times it was still warm. The house appears clean but could have been cleaner in some spots. One table next to the couch had jelly all over it and a table in one of the bedrooms had sticky soda rings. The floors were swept, but they need to be mopped. We had wiped up some water in the living room and the paper towel was black. There is also an Adidas sticker on the master bedroom window, which indicates no one has actually looked at the window to see if it is or isn't clean. The pool area needs work. There are no trees, plants, etc as pictured. There are only 2 flowerbeds full of dirt and remnants of what were plants. A number of tiles along the pool were chipped, cracked and/or missing, which could be an issue for children. The pool also had an unpleasant amount of small flees floating in it and since there was no pool net, and minimal suction with the pool skimmer, there was no way to remove them. We didn't end up swimming at all for this reason. There is also algae in the pool. Someone did come on day 5 of our 8 day stay to clean the walls, but he did a quick scrub which barely removed any algae. There is a table with four chairs near the sliding doors which was convenient. There are also two lounge chairs. Upon arrival one of the lounge chairs was broken, we reached out to Nicole and she had maintenance repair it within 48 hrs. As another review mentioned, the booklet on the coffee table isn't updated and some of the info contradicts the email instructions provided. Not a huge deal, but it should be updated to reflect correct information, i.e., correct trash days, AC settings, no use of community pool, no villa golf clubs etc. We wouldn't rent this property again, but if you're looking for a comfortable house in a fairly quiet neighborhood, you may enjoy it.

Family FL Getaway
This house was absolutely perfect for our family and suited our needs for exactly what we needed. We were in town for our youngest cheer competition and the house was extremely clean, well maintained with the perfect amount of space for our family. The pool was a nice bonus as a relaxing area to take advantage of in our off time right in our own backyard. Only small compliant is the water pressure in both showers were very low ... but that would be literally the only issue we had.

My First VRBO Experience

Christmas vacation for the kids. Wanted a house with a pool because of covid numbers. Recommend heated pool for winter it was well worth it and manager was very pleasant with helping us best the pool at the last minute!!

Overheated
The home itself is nice and the pool is a great bonus for vacationing. Location is good, close to stores, gas, grocery, etc. Sadly, the AC was not working well. During the day it never got cooler than 83 degrees in the home. The owners were kind enough to drop off some box fans but it was not enough to manage the Florida heat. An AC technician came out and basically said the unit is too small for the house. The owner even admitted that the tenant before us reported the house was warm. If this home continues to be a summertime rental - the AC situation needs to be fixed. Sadly, we were so hot that we ended our trip a day early to relocate.

Great vacation
We had an amazing time while in Florida. It always a little nerve wracking to rent a home based on pictures and reviews but when we walked in we weren’t disappointed. It was exactly as shown and clean to boot. Neighborhood was quiet and overall just a nice place to stay. Drive to Disney and sea world wasn’t bad either. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this home for our Orlando vacation. It was clean, well laid out and the kids loved having their own pool. We paid for pool heat but the gentleman forgot to turn it on right away. We did run into him later and we were very happy. Some small notes: the refrigerator light was burned out. There’s a gfci outley in garage that controls all bathroom outlets and when we arrived it needed reset as none of the bathroom outlets were working. Overall for our family of 4 it was a nice stay and we would stay here again.

Very nice rental with a few minor issues!
We are extremely picky vacationers and really like very accommodations when we travel. While there were a few minor issues, this house did not disappoint!  THE GOOD: Very clean, very well cared-for home. The kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, and paint are all updated, modern, and in good condition. The sofas were really comfy to lounge on on days we didn't go to the parks. The decor is simple but appealing. The neighborhood is quiet and well-tended. I'm not averse to bugs but we didn't see any during our winter stay,  which was nice. We really enjoyed sitting next to the pool on the comfy patio chair and watching folks golf out the covered lanai and seeing wildlife. The home was perfect for a family of 4 "doing Disney" for a week over the winter holidays. We had a minor issue with the lock and the property manager arrived in 10 minutes. He was very nice and helpful. THE NOT-SO-BAD: The master bedroom king bed has a pretty soft mattress with deep indentations on each side. The bedroom with the 2 twin beds only has 1 lamp, making it very dim at night. The handle to the broiler/storage at the bottom of the stove was pretty greasy and sticky. The house is in a great location with great food delivery spots nearby but it is a bit further from parks than we like -- but it was really no big deal driving an extra 10 mins each day.

This property is beautiful and looks exactly like it’s photographs. The owner was especially helpful and nice. I needed to rush into town to take care of a family emergency and she couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. It is equipped with everything you need. Clean, comfortable home
Loved the house, clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. About 25 mins from the parks, plenty of restaurants nearby. Walmart and publix about 4-6 mins away. The house manager Mauro went above and beyond to help us. He got us a stroller for our daughter which I was going to purchase at Walmart. The pics showed a gas grill which we were excited for however the house actually had a charcoal grill which is more of a hassle in terms of clean up. He offered to get us a gas grill. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. Just a few things for improvement would be the ac temp is set to 72, we're used to 68-70. During the night it kept shutting on and off. My personal preference is nice and cold especially if it's 98+ degrees outside. Once you start cooking in the kitchen the house takes a while to cool down. We were excited to grill especially since we have dietary restrictions so little disappointed with the charcoal grill vs the gas grill shown in pics. Other than that no issues and would book again :)

A Great Place to Stay!
This house was absolutely beautiful. The owner and property manager were very nice. It was a great space for my mother, myself, and my 2 kids. They really enjoyed the pool. The decor was adorable, the kitchen was very equipped, and the house was very clean. The location was great. The only drawback were the fees associated with the stay (cleaning, property,service). I ended up paying more in fees than the cost per night.

The house was beautiful!
The house was exactly as pictured! Our family had a great time and loved every minute of it. Our only critiques are to have the cleaning person check for lightbulbs that are out, batteries that are dead in remotes, remotes missing, etc. We replaced batteries that were dead in remotes, found a remote that was dusty under a bed, and never could get the ceiling fan in the living room to work. There weren’t any dish clothes, and only 3 wash clothes, we bought some and left some behind. Also the notebook is not up to date and does not list the same info as given with reservation which is confusing. All in all we will definitely reserve again and already have extended family viewing the property for possible use. Thanks for everything!

Very functional home
The home was very functional. My Granddaughter is immune compromised and when we arrive at any property we have to do special cleaning. I have to say that this home was cleaner than other homes that we have stayed in. The home is tastefully decorated and has a nice open concept. While the home is close to Disney as the crow flies it is a little further driving than I would have liked. The neighborhood was very peaceful and their was a nice and convenient Italian restaurant across the street from the subdivision. The only issues (and they are more suggestions than issues) is the pool tile could use some maintenance and I would have liked to had an additional skillet to cook with.

Beautiful home
Beautiful home, just as pictured. The host was easy to communicate with as we requested the pool to be heated once we arrived an the property manager came out, first thing the next morning. Location was great to many supermarkets, shops and restaurants as well as the Disney area. We would stay here again.

We had a relaxing time in this beautiful home. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to 192. The layout is warm and inviting. The master bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. We hope to visit again soon.

Great weekend
The house is really beautiful! We enjoy our weekend! I recommend it 100%. it works great!! You have the basics to cook with.. A/C WORKS PERFECT! bathrooms great! Bedrooms great! We found the house very clean!! The only thing it would be nice if you change one mattress from the double bedroom. and the cable didn't work.. so maybe that needs to be fix! Overall awesome weekend! Thank you!!
