Amazing Accommodation with Nicole
We had a fantastic stay at Nicole’s place! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, very close to the supermarket and Nicole was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had a good stay, the house was very clean and spacious We feel the house needs a going over for a few of the below things: -Little to NO garden furniture... no table and 3 plastic chairs- Not the chairs in the photos -Ceiling fan in the bathroom hanging off -Pool needs some TLC, dirt and sand around the pool -Pool paintwork needs touching up -No washing line -Beds looked good but were mattresses put onto of old divan bases within the wooden frames? -Actual mattresses were a bit tatty -The A/C was for the entire house, couldn't have individual rooms hot or cold... so in bed at night was an issue -No actual lights in bedrooms... just lamps The stay was good, property was clean and good relaxed quiet neighbourhood! We had some bad weather one or two nights and the pool netting came apart to which we contacted the host and they sorted The host are very responsive The location was ideal for us as we didn't do Disney, even so Disney was a 15/20 min drive We were spending time in tampa, was very easy in the I4 Lots of supermarkets and fast food near by after long days out I would recommend the villa to an older family (teenagers plus) if the small details were corrected

Nice house but grubby / dirty pool area. Poor communication from owner. Avoid this place.
House is nicely decorated albeit in the middle of nowhere. Pool area is filthy and the furniture (completely different to the photos) is grubby / covered in bird poo. A tiny snake slithered by - it looked like 2 dead ones were in the pool. No cover from the Florida sun. Lots of sand piling up. Pool screens need cleaning. Pool deck black with dirt. Nonstop traffic noise. Entire pool area very unwelcoming - we did not use it at all during our 8 night stay. Large cockroach in bedroom. 2 dead lizards in bathroom. Entry points need to be blocked. Owner has restricted AC to a range that works for her. Many dirty cutlery and drawers. Blinds in toilet do not cover window. We were given 1 document that included one door code and another document with a different door code. It also said there was a book with info on the table but this was not there. Securty is a concern - lock on exterior sliding doors is ancient / flimsy. Lock on the sml bathroom external door is also ancient and flimsy. Anyone can access pool via 2 unlocked doors. Minutes after arriving we were shocked by a man walking around the pool area unannounced. Not safe for kids! We received a curt response from Nicole but then she totally vanished! We sent messages on Wed and by checkout on Sat we had still not received a response. We stay in around 20 accommodations per year, and this was most disappointing especially for the circa £200 per night cost for the 2 of us. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

Famalam holiday in Florida
The villa is in an ideal location only 3 miles drive from local supermarkets and 5 miles from restaurants. It was home from home, everything you need including an ice machine. Beds lovely and comfortable and air condition was a dream. We needed to contact the host and immediate response and sorted. Pool was lovely and clean and maintained during our stay.

Beautiful villa
We loved the house: very spacious, clean and comfortable. The house is located in a very quiet area and offers excellent privacy. The most impressive part of the rental and the rental process was the super responsiveness of our host Nicole. Several questions we sent to her by email in advance of our rental were answered in detail sometimes within minutes. Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. For instance, we asked for an umbrella because the sun was really hot around the pool. Mauro, the property manager, dropped a new umbrella off later that same afternoon. Nicole's efficiency and responsiveness, and Mauro's fast response time were impressive. We will certainly rent the house again if we decide to go back to Florida in the future.

In desperate need of maintenance
We stayed in this villa in 2017 and really enjoyed it but this visit was not so pleasant at all. The outside deck area was filthy and there was a dead frog in the pool which was decomposed white so had been there a good while. The deck also had a decomposed lizard next to the barbecue. The whole pool area needs jet washing. The back patio door is secured by a metal bar which you have to drop into the space in the floor (as it was in 2017) taking the bar out is a dirty job and you need to wash your hands afterwards, this area is filthy and needs cleaning. The work tops and kitchen cupboards had tiny mites in and on them and whilst i was there killed lots of them but this put me off using the kitchen as it felt dirty. The first night we woke at 5am to what we thought was someone banging on the door aggressively, it frightened the life out of the entire family and put us on edge each evening. It was only the following week when it happened again for longer it gave me opportunity to follow the sound which led me to the master bathroom toilet with no water in the system causing the pipes to bang throughout the house aggressively. Every night we had to keep the toilet and bathroom door closed as the toilet would constantly be filling causing water noise so loud it stopped us getting to sleep. Water pressure in the shower is inadequate Plus points: Master bed is very comfortable Location is excellent Villa could be excellent if they done the required work. There is no housekeeping so to have a sign on the fridge saying “housekeeping appreciates your tips” I found was strange. We have done villa holidays in Florida 12 times, this is our worst villa experience. I am aware I could have called the maintenance but having people come into the villa when we are there or not is not something I want. I am aware a few week’s previous there was hurricane Ian but if the villa is suitable to rent out it should be clean

Dear Bob, thank you for your candid review of your stay. Our pool is weekly maintained and cleaned so the frog could not be in decomposition also because we've got guests checking out before your arrival date. Ants and lizard can be found in the exterior area as finally, we are in Florida and as much as we pest control the soil do not help always in total . Also, this is the reason we are kindly asking to not live any open food on the kitchen counter. We have pressure washed the deck and the pool/lanai area. Due to the hurricane, this was not possible to do before your arrival. The metal on the sliding door it's just optional. You don't need to use it if you don't want. Regarding the water flush noise, it would have been nice from you to advise us regarding, as that was a technical problem and easy adjustable as other details mentioned upper. Just a short call and we could have send the manager and fix this details without the necessity of such a review and for you, not enjoying totally the Villa, specially as you have stayed here before. Maybe a better communication with the owners/ managers in the future would help everyone. Regards, Nicole

Fantastic Stylish Villa
Great villa, superb location, easily access to all the main parks and the beach on the gulf coast. Villa is very stylish with an open plan interior space - pool area is south facing and lovely and quiet. Interior furnishings very good and just what you need on holiday. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially as the owner is great to deal with and responded very quickly to a couple of minor issues we had.

Dealt with a couple of issues upon arrival- garage door opener on the wall didn’t work, but owner resolved next day with maintenance guy bringing over a remote. Thermostat was remote controlled by owner and I had to ask her to adjust it on a few occasions. It would have been better if she let me have control. Later found that she set a range that we could live with. Found bugs in the kitchen upon arrival, used bug spray found under sink for short term control but house needs a good professional spraying. Pool was nice but no solar cover so we didn’t waste the money to have it heated. No pool toys or floaties at the house. Before I booked I asked owner about an umbrella for the table outside. She said there was one but I didn’t find it. Pool area gets warm so an umbrella would be nice to have. Beds are softer than we are used to, may be ok for a short stay but we booked for a month. Also, the only drawers to store your clothes in are in the master bedroom. No dressers in the other 3 bedrooms. Also, bring hangers. There are a few in the closet but not enough for a long stay. Neighborhood is quiet and back yard is somewhat private with a detention basin behind. Nice to see some wildlife back there, and people walking their dogs. Overall, house could use some TLC but is comfortable for short stay. Owner was responsive to my inquiries during our stay.

We booked this 2 days before we left for our trip. The owner Nicole was very accommodating to our early check in. The property was clean, and we enjoyed the proximity to necessities and enough space for our family. The washing machine is extremely load in the spin cycle , it’s also located in the garage with no place to really hang up your clothes. The patio furniture is not what’s depicted. It was that old white tubbing, that wasn’t that comfortable. It’s good value overall.

This Home is beautiful inside out I have been renting this same rental property since my first daughter was born in 2016 so when we stayed there last week and I showed her the pictures both of my daughters was happy to see them in the pool young the nice neighbors I’ve known them it’s peaceful i didn’t have any problems never do and if you need her maintenance is there right away or she responds right away the beds are cozy the entire house is clean you literally can’t complain

The house was beautiful and very well decorated. Myself and one of my business partners are healthcare implementation team and we’re installing at hospitals in the area. We like to rent homes over hotels when possible as we work very odd hours. A house have long a pool is a big bonus after a long day of work. Unfortunately the pool was in very poor (green & cloudy) conditions and we were uncomfortable using it during our entire stay. The manager did respond quickly however was unable to fix the problem during our stay. This was a real bummer for us not being able to use the pool that we paid for.

Dear Darren, thank you for your candid review and for staying with us. Unfortunately the pool issue was not possible to be resolved in only 2 days as for the quantity of the water and the products the pool technician needed to add. It would be honest to explain that the cause of this issue was not depended on us , instead of the previous guests who lived inside the pool iron jewels, which have eliminated the chlorine in the pool water, creating a turbid and non-crystalline effect. The water was perfectly clean. The technician was there twice per day and explained you everything also confirming that you where able to use the pool. Unfortunately this are inconvenience that do dot depend on us, the management team or owners and I would understand your frustration if we would not do anything in order to resolve it during your two days stay. So before add a 3 stars review to the Villa I would been more comprehensive and emphatic especially that we have done all the possible to resolve the issue. Hi Gillian, our properties are pest controlled continue and it is technically impossible to have roaches. Just in case you have left the garage door or the sliding door open, in that case they may can enter from the exterior. Remember we are in Florida and we have all kind of unaspected "guests" outside. However, you have never mentioned about this during your stay. It would be good and much appreciate that guests communicate their problems or issue during the period they are staying so we can take care immediately. Regards, Nicole

Great House - Super Convenient to Disney World
This house is super convenient to everything in the Disney area. With Traffic you are about 30 minutes form the parks. The beds are perhaps the most comfortable of any VRBO home I've stayed in. I forgot to check out the brand so we could replace ours! We had a problem with the oven and the security light, Nicole & Mauro were quick to replace them. If I had to change something, I would add dressers or bureaus to the other bedrooms as the did not have any storage other than the closests which were plenty big. Other than that, the house was very clean , updated, and comfortable. I took an excellent nap on a very comfortable couch. Thanks again for a great stay. We wil ldefinitely be using Nicole an Mauro again.

Peaceful, beautiful home!
We just returned from our Spring Break vacation to Orlando and we are missing our "home away from home"! This house was so much bigger inside than it looked! As we walked in the door after a very long road trip, each of us audibly said, "Wow" as we walked in. It was so welcoming! My husband wasted no time and got into the heated pool right away to relieve the stress of the drive and actually almost fell asleep in it! Nicoleta and Mauro were FANTASTIC to work with! Very attentive to any messages we sent or questions we had! The next time we come to Orlando, we will definitely be staying here again!

Yeah, no. This owner not attentive and it's not a good property.
I have used Home Away and VRBO multiple times and our family has always had a great experience....... .......Until this home. First I must state our weather was perfect. My teenage kids and I were looking forward to using the pool. I must add I emailed the owner multiple times to make things right before I penned this review, and she did nothing but make excuses. So, where do we start. The pictures on the site don't reflect the filth and condition of the pool area. Completely filthy. The first thing we saw was standing sand / dirt on the bottom of the shallow area. The loungers you see on the website picture of the patio do not exist. Instead, there were dirty white PVC loungers which had massive cracks and holes in them rendering them unusable. Second, the table outside was completely filthy. Used dental floss was found on this table when we arrived. Not joking. There were only two chairs outside. The drain hole cover in the deep end was cracked. Had someone jumped in, they would have cut their foot. The light in the pool did not operate. There were huge fire ant mounds throughout the patio. The overall landscape exterior of the home was dirty and ill-maintained. We texted the owner immediately upon arrival, using the numbers she gave us on the paperwork, and did not get a response the entire stay. Inside, the main front door weatherstripping used to seal the door to the floor was torn and outside light was visible. This allowed bugs inside, especially at night. Bugs crept in the two guest bedrooms and into my daughter's luggage. The owner left 2 trash bags in the kitchen, two trash bags. The water pressure in both bathroom showers was terrible. Things that were good - plenty of plates, flatware and glassware. Master bed was comfortable, but smelled musty. Second bedroom bed was comfortable. Wifi worked. back of the house faces west we had some nice sunsets, but again, the patio and pool was unusable. Did I mention the cleaning person showed up at the house at 8:00? Two hours before check out time. I emailed the owner when we got back to ask for at least my pool heat back, and she refused. My recommendation is to NOT use this house. I have had such great luck with HomeAway and VRBO in the past in and around Orlando. Stay away from this neighborhood and property. Not worth it. So much better properties and more attentive owners elsewhere. Nicole, you had a chance to make things right and you did not

Dear Gregory, you have stayed in our villa during the New Yeas Eve. You have booked the property and as all the other guests you received the numbers where to call in case of any necessity during your stay. As well as the email and the VRBO contact. During your stay you have never call any of the numbers you've got and never send an email regarding any issue. After living the property and making your nice vacation in our home , you decided to send an email with all the details supposed you found during your stay and asked for a refund and threatening me that if I would not make the refund you will write a very negative review . I have answered you with all the information and explained you that it is not our politic to refund money after you live and without advising us about any issue during your stay. This is a threatening case and we are in touch with VRBO regarding this review. This is also a note for the future " guests" that can think they may have a nice vacation for free and then ask for a refund. What a sick world. !!!!

Nice House
Upon arriving the house felt a bit warm. We contacted the owner, who responded quickly. She sent a maintenance guy over and he arrived as fast as she said he would. Even though he arrived quickly, he couldn’t fixed the problem and it was a hot night. The AC guy came the next day and told us the air handler was freezing up. He would let it defrost while we were out. Upon returning the house felt cool but towards the end of our stay the air handler was freezing again. We believe it’s time for a new AC unit. The beds were comfortable. The lock on the front bedroom window is broken and the lock on that bedroom door is on the outside, which is odd. There were a lot of flies in the house and outside. Every time we came into the house we would run in quickly to avoid more flies coming into the house. On our first day, I killed 7 flies! The owner is nice and available to her guests but after this experience, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great vacation and stay!
Great stay - would stay here again. I regularly read reviews as it helps with my decision on booking so here are my thoughts on advantages and small minor disadvantages - please keep in mind I had no complaints - would book again no problem. I think anyone would enjoy this property. Advantages: * close to amenities (Disney, Universal, Airport, Target, Walmart,etc.) * lovely house * comfy beds * maintenance man was super responsive * owner was super responsive * quiet area * wifi was great Disadvantages * pool heat was originally down (I forgot to add to my booking as it didn't prompt me so unfortunately there was a maintenance issue that ended up with no pool heat for first full day). If you are booking heat, be sure it is taken care of up front and this won't be an issue as the heat will already be on presumably. * tiny bugs in kitchen (table had them - but I think this was largely due to design of table - slats collect food particles and makes very difficult to clean). We were extra diligent about cleaning this area so didn't really worry about it * no games room, DVD or games system - not a huge deal but is an extra treat for rainy days. * need to have more pots/pans/cooking utensils and dish clothes - again, not a huge deal but would have been nice with cooking. * small repairs i.e. closing door but maintenance was super responsive when the door wouldn't open or close.

Hi Nicole, we are all home now and already missing florida but I would just like to thank you again for the use of your villa. We have had an absolutely brilliant holiday and it wouldn't have been the same staying somewhere else. Your villa was beautiful and was perfect for getting away from the parks to relax. Wonderful stay!
We loved it! This was our first trip with our daughters to Disney. The house is so beautiful and decorated perfectly. Super clean.. was a great spot to go to Disney. Took a little over 20 mins. We would definitely go back some time. Nicole was also very helpful throughout the trip and had a high chair and PAC n play dropped off for us, which I thought was really nice. Loved it!

Very Nice!
Home was very nice,clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. There was no Umbrella for the table outside by the pool,to provide some much needed shade due to all day sun exposure. This is an easy fix and should have been looked after. We tried to have the pool heat turned on but the heater needed to be fully replaced. We were fortunate to have a very warm 2 weeks,and survived nicely without the pool heat. The kitchen faucet leaked but was replaced very quickly with a new one. Overall any minor complaints were quickly addressed and we would recommend this property . Rob T.

Very clean home. Nice quiet location. Very large and comfortable. Would stay here again!
Great for family gatherings. We enjoyed the quiet location and the layout of the entire home. We would stay here again as everything still had that new home feel and was very clean. We've stayed in several homes over the years-we prefer it to hotels for family get-togethers. The location was a little far from some Disney parks if you consider heavy traffic delays, but overall the quiet area made up for it. The owner was quick to respond to our request for renting her property...all was great!

Loved our Vacation at Orlando
We have been to the Orlando 3 times now and this has been the best vacation yet. The Place is so well appointed and comfortable you feel like you are on vacation at home! We will definitely be back next year and recommend this to anyone who likes an immaculate and clean property to stay.
