Welkom in ons prachtige huis, perfect voor uw vakantie in Orlando. Wij zijn gevestigd aan de rand van een prachtig, rustig natuurgebied, met een prachtig privé-uitzicht over een meer vanaf het zwembad / spa op het zuiden. Dicht bij de belangrijkste routes naar attracties van Orlando en op slechts 15 minuten van Disney.
Er is plaats voor iedereen, met 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers (2 ensuite), 2 lounges, aparte ontbijt- en eetruimtes, keuken en wasruimte plus een geconverteerde speelkamer met tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal. Een verwarmd verlichte zwembad en een spa op het zuiden gericht om het beste uit de heerlijke zonneschijn te halen. Een geweldige plek om te ontspannen met veel zitplaatsen en ligstoelen om achterover te leunen en van de zon te genieten. Als het warm wordt is er een overdekte Lanai voor wat schaduw.
De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle belangrijke apparatuur die je nodig hebt, ondersteund door alle kook- en eetgerei die je nodig hebt als je wilt eten. Er is een aparte wasruimte met wasmachine en droger.
Prive, en luxueus ingericht in onze ruime groter dat gemiddelde villa alles heeft wat u nodig heeft voor een geweldige vakantie. Airconditioning, plafondventilatoren in alle kamers, gratis snel internet en telefoongesprekken binnen de VS en Canada,
Wanneer u klaar bent om te ontspannen, is uw entertainment er allemaal, aangesloten op de kabel, 50 inch 4K smart-tv in de hoofdlounge, 32-inch tv's in elk van de grote slaapkamers en 24 in tv in beide slaapkamers.
Speelruimte in de garage met een pooltafel met een optie voor tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal en een grote tv die kan worden gebruikt voor gamen, en een dvd-speler.
In de omgeving vindt u winkels op 5 minuten rijden: Publix, CVS / Walgreens, McDonalds (24 uur), Chilis, Papa Johns, Dunkin 'Dohnut, chinese take-away / bezorgen etc, een bank- en benzinestation. We hebben vier championship golfbanen in de directe omgeving, we zijn slechts 5 minuten van Interstate 4 voor geweldige toegang tot Disney en belangrijke attracties.

Excellent villa in brilliant location. We have stayed in this estate multiple times now in the last few years. This villa has been updated to include more modern amenities than others we have stayed at. The villa also had an excellent standard of cleanliness. communication wtjhbhist was also spot on.

Fantastic property

The host was amazing and easy to work with. The property is beautiful and in good condition. It is a bit far from the parks depending on traffic (up to 75 min drive home in the evening at some points) but still worth it! Our kids had the space they needed. Layout is great. They also were able to enjoy the pool and have a bit more of a relaxing day over the busy park days. Which worked really well especially for our neurodiverse kiddo. We've already booked again for next year. Thank you!

We’ve just got home from 3 weeks staying at this villa. It was perfect. They had everything you needed and more. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Location is perfect if you want to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns but close enough to drive to Disney. The communication from the owner Julie was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely stay again.

Baseball Trip

We were down for a week to watch college baseball in the area. This place was perfect to unwind and gather with the family. With enough space to get some privacy for the kids. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook at home, and grocery stores are close by. The pool and spa were amazing and the south facing view kept the sun on the area all day long! We will stay here again if the baseball team comes back to the area.

Just as we hoped it to be!

The home is accurately pictured and described. Some in our group said it was bigger than they expected from the pictures. The communication throughout our booking and assistance from the hosts was exceptional as well as readily accommodating as we made a couple of booking adjustments early on. The house is easily assessible to the Disney Parks, close to a Publix for groceries as well as other places to eat. Beds were comfortable and we slept very well! Fl. was having a chilly spell our week so we used the pool and spa only minimally, but enjoyed the ability to swim some laps a few days and to enjoy some sun on the loungers outside. We were very pleased with this rental.

Fabulous!

We totally enjoyed staying at the house! We are a family of four adults, and we loved everything about the property. The hostess was very easy to work with, getting back to us within hours about any questions we had. The hot tub was wonderful on these cold Florida evenings, yes it was cold which surprised us! The view out back is so peaceful and serene. We enjoyed how clean the property was, especially the swimming pool. There was not a speck of anything in that pool! The commutes to the parks and restaurants was very easy to navigate, with several newer restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this rental as it has everything that you could possibly want!

Fantastic house in a lovely area.

We have been fortunate to visit Orlando on several occasions, but this villa has been our favourite. To begin with, the communication between us and the owner has been superb, very quick responses to any queries we had from before we booked, all the way through to when we were staying in the property. In fact, Julie was able to resolve an issue we had with the washing machine very quickly to ensure we weren't without a laundry facility to the point where a new machine was purchased and installed within 1 working day! The pool and the lake view are just as good as the pictures show and the house is incredibly spacious and well-appointed. Tip: we stayed in Oct/Nov and we arranged fkr pool heating, it was totally worth it! Without question we would stay in the villa again. Thanks Julie and Kevin!

Great place!

We had a great time here and no problems. House is very clean and decorated nicely. We didn't cook here since we wanted to try out some new restaurants, but the kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub are amazing!!

Stayed 4 nights to pop into Disney for old time sake. Home is very handy for attractions, shopping and dining, but away from the hubub. Nice and quiet. Lovely well appointed home in a very quiet estate, not too sure about weelie bins left in street all the time though. Had a lovely stay. Thank you

The house was very clean. It comes furnished with just about everything you would need to have a good stay. My only let down was the house is very close to the neighbors on both sides. So close that there is NO. Privacy while in the pool. They neighbor was very nice and we didn't have any problems at all. Just didn't realize how close they are. But then again there is picture of the house so I guess I should have noticed.. I'd stay again if I'm ever in the area

Would highly recommend this house to any family travelling. We had our two kids ages 3 and 5, plus my parents age 70. This house was perfect for both ends of the age spectrum. Good location also for Orlando Parks.
