"Aloha Retreat" is a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 3180 sqft home located in the Windsor Island Resort, a luxury resort built in 2021. Resort has amazing amenities including mini golf, lazy river, two water slides, heated pool, hot tub, gym, bar, spa and much more, and is within 1 mile of Grocery, restaurant and 8 miles to Disney. It's a gated community with 24 hr guards on duty. Our home has a private pool, game room, peaceful conservation view that’s perfect for watching the sunset. Every time we stay here, we make improvements and updates - new games, new paint, new cookware, new baby gear ... Essentially, this is our home and we want to make everything perfect.
Please note that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and absolutely NO SMOKING at this property. Should any pet or smoking be found at the property, you will have to leave immediately and forfeit all money paid towards booking.

Photo ID required to book and all adult guests must provide first and last names to be registered. The security guard at the gate house will check your photo ID ( Driver License from any country, or passport). Please note the driver must have a Driver License; foreign driver license is ok.

Other things to note
POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.
STARTER SET: A starter set of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags are provided for your first day. Publix and CVS are less than one mile away.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place bagged trash in the trash bin in front of the garage each night. Trash must be bagged, otherwise it will be rejected by trash removal workers. NO loose trash please.
Package Delivery:
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned package.
