Dit fantastische herenhuis is een ideale home-away-from-home voor uw volgende vakantie! Gelegen in het koninklijke eik plaats net achter de oude stad en de "fun spot" USA off Highway 192 en i-4, deze vakantie huis is een perfecte plek om te ontspannen en tot rust komen.

De onlangs gerenoveerde resort faciliteiten zijn onder andere een verwarmd zwembad, een kinderbad met glijbanen, een bar, een restaurant, een handig winkel, een fitnessruimte, een tennisbaan, etc. Alle voorzieningen zijn beschikbaar om u zonder extra vergoeding. Regal Oak Resort is ook een gated community.

Dit herenhuis is onlangs ingericht met nieuwe matrassen, beddengoed, flatscreen-tv, handdoeken, alle kleine apparaten en potten en pannen, enz.

Deze nieuwe luxe 4 slaapkamer / 3. 5 badkamer twee verdiepingen tellende villa beschikt over:

Brand nieuwe matrassen en beddengoed;

Het is net achter de oude binnenstad en leuke plek USA. Op loopafstand van restaurants en winkels. Het is ongeveer 3 mijl naar Disney, 11 mijl naar Universal Studio en 9 mijl naar Sea World.

Ik volg elke stap van boeking tot inchecken en uitchecken om ervoor te zorgen dat de gasten alles hebben wat ze nodig hebben voor hun vakantiehuis.

De privé-hot tub is momenteel niet in gebruik. Er is een bubbelbad in het gemeenschappelijk zwembad dat u kunt gebruiken indien nodig.

We needed 3 bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. The property was neat, clean and well stocked. We felt safe and it was a very convenient location. I would highly recommend this property. The property manager kept in contact and was accessible. Nothing but good to say.

Highly recommended!

We have always stayed on Disney property when on a Disney vacation, but this stay has converted me! The house was clean, we had plenty of space, and it is RIGHT off Disney property! We had one issue where the A/C wasn’t cooling, but I contacted the owner and she had someone come out to fix it that night! I would definitely stay here again! As an extra bonus, there was a small herd of friendly wild deer that live in the area. They greeted us every morning when we left and every evening when we got “home”!

Fun in Orlando

The resort was very nice and close enough to everything. The check in and out were easy. The host let us check in early. My grandson loved the pool and water park and I loved the screened patio. I highly recommend this resort.

Tons of space, super clean

We used this property as a home base for our Disney/Universal trip. It was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family of four. The kids had their own space to go to during downtime. With two teens, that’s very important! The space was clean when we checked in, the washer and dryer worked very well. It was 15 minutes to Disney properties and 30 to universal. There is even an outlet mall 15 minutes down the road with a Lululemon store for my teen daughter. Big score. I was able to purchase Universal tickets from the ticketing counter in the clubhouse which saved me about $300 and included a free day at Volcano Bay, which really enhanced our trip. The pool at the clubhouse was fantastic and provided a nice place to relax after checking out of the condo and before heading to the airport. Mary was quick to respond when I had questions. We would 100% stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property at it was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and activities. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind by the beautiful pool or stay active in all that the area has to offer, this property provides the ideal setting. My kids loved using the waterslide! The grounds of the property are well maintained, and the home comfortably slept our group of 7. In conclusion, my stay at this property exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable getaway. We would use again if we return to this area!

Our stay was okay. The most important thing to know is that the a/c control in our unit was locked such that you can NOT turn it below 70 degrees when we were there. During the day it was NOT a problem. But, it made it hard for our family to sleep at night. Our unit's living room set could use updating. Had some trouble getting the tv's to work. The resort Clubhouse was great, the pool was great, the snack bar at the pool was great. We spent one day at Discovery Cove and loved it was a good location for us.

The exterior of the grounds we're nice. Interior of the unit was worn down. Dishwasher did not work well. Dried blood on curtains, leading to screen porch. Screen door was broken. Screens were torn. Floor of porch was dirty. No chairs in the master bedroom porch. GFI outlet in hall bath is not working. Dishes and cutlery were dirty. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Very nice, well located place!!

These 4 bedroom condo is very nice, comfortable, near to a lot of things, about 10 mins from Disney Magic Kingdom, 30 mins to the Universal Studios parks, 30 mins to Orlando International Airport and much more!! Very recomended in general, the only negative thing we could say is that the hot water runs out quite fast, we were 5 and having very quick showers, the last persons would have just warm water, other than that very nice place!!

Exactly as posted

First time booking a VRBO. The townhouse was exactly as posted.was clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water. I booked based on the area it was as I was familiar with it. Disney is only about 15 minutes away by car. Old Town is within walking distance where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. There is a Lynx bus station at Old Town which is convenient. The food and drinks were good in the hub (resort restaurant). We are already planning another longer trip so we can enjoy the heated pool.
