It’s just okay. Rooms and hotel itself is a little dated and not the cleanest. A little loud at times. Beds are not the most comfortable. Good for families. Pool area and bar/restaurant is nice. I would possibly try a different hotel next time.

The property did not want to accept my temporary drivers license. I payed for 4 nights months ago and they wanted me to leave if I couldnt produce a plastic drivers license. They would not accept my teacher ID badge and were pretty terrible to me. Eventually they accepted a picture of my old, expired license. My door keycards were deactivated after thr first night. Inside the room was spotless, the shower was fantastic, the beds very comfortable. Outside was very dirty and people walking around openly smoking marijuana and cigaretts. The pool area was littered with empty cups, trash, and deflated pool floats. There were cigarett butts in the sand area. The duning room food is very good and the dining area very clean. The price for the room was very inexpensive. Walking dustance to restaurants and mini golf. Shuttle to Universal Parks. Fix the door handles to the rooms. Your cleaning staff and cooking staff are first class. I have annual passes to Disney, Universal, and Sea World and come to Orlando once a month. I will be returning to Cabana Bay or Rosen from now on. I was charged a $50.00 incidental to my credit card after checking out.

The in room phone was not working. Our bathroom door did not open from inside there was some problem with the knob. I saw a spider in the bathroom. Overall not worth the price.

A/C broke during our stay and we were unable to get in contact with front desk as they wouldn’t answer. Instead of transferring to another room they had us wait in the room (with zero air conditioning) with a baby but luckily, they came a short time later… to replace the A/C with us in the room. Not the worst situation ever but not ideal to be in a situation like this with no attempt from the hotel to make it right other than just have us wait there. Totally unprofessional from the property. The hotel and the rooms LOOK good but upon arrival we noticed the floor of the room was also pretty dirty… found some type of red sauce in between the bed and nightstand and other liquid marks on the floor and hair on the shower floor/wall. If it weren’t for the broken A/C experience I would rate this place a 7/10 just because of the price point and the location where it’s at and to be fair I’ve stayed at higher quality hotels that have been dirty as well.

Well front desk aren’t too friendly and was told the room is in perfect condition but when I got to room the tub backs up with water and the facet was coming off. When I told front desk they said ok we will fix tomorrow. Never fixed.

Excelente ubicación!! Área de la piscina excelente!! Solo una cosa a mejorar la limpieza de los baños de las habitaciones, y cambiar las duchas la de mi habitación estaba un poco vieja y como tupida y eso hacia que el agua casi ni saliera

The check in lines were long, & if the room didn’t have what was needed (towels, wash clothes sheets or blankets) you were not able to get through by phone so I was forced to walk up to the main building to put in a request. The maintenance people did come that night which I was satisfied with. Overall an okay experience

Needs work on Shuttle but to Universal, times are not as schedule says, but a very nice christian lady that works there gave us a free ride and saved the hotel from getting a very negative review from my family and I.

We stayed April 2024. Big pool where everyone hangs out day and night. The rooms are average size and good enough for the price point. Staff was friendly. It is a great spot if you don’t want to rent a car. Free shuttles to all the parks and walking distance to pointe Orlando and a ton of restaurants. People complain on here about the black feet…there is a rubber non slip coating on all the sidewalks near your rooms and by the pool. Due to the non slip coating when you walk around in bare feet it does make your feet look dirty or “black” but it is easily mitigated by washing your feet! The bathrooms do need some updating but we would book it again for its convenience and the pool!

Our room was right at the pool area ground floor and the pool was filled with people late at night and it was very loud. We arent prudes we just needed some sleep.

The hotel is clearly doing some renovation which is great, I've been to this hotel 4 times and each time it's a different experience. We were given a room facing the pool view, HORRIBLE. There is just yelling until 12am, kids running up and down the hotels outside. Which is understandable they are kids on vacation, its expected. The elevator takes forever we had to take the stairs a few times, if you are out past 8pm-10pm good luck finding parking on the side your room is at. Don't pay for breakfast it is not worth it you are better off going to a bakery or even IHOP, now as far as the rooms they are pretty good, smell nice but they need some deep cleaning. The walls are pretty dirty with whatever type of stains, our sheets were clean the bathroom was pretty clean Aswell. The floor never gets swept when they come change the sheets which is pretty annoying. The floorboards definitely need to be deep cleaned. The other thing I truly do hate you see no hotel staff at night, unless you go to the lobby, we were sleeping and at like 2 am we had a strong smell of weed in the room, they were smoking by the elevators. It's just stuff like that annoy me. Good 4-night stay just minor bumps.

The customer service at the front desk is terrible, upon entering the hotel already gives the impression that it is not clean, the rooms are damp, the sheets smell bad, the room smells bad, the bathroom is dirty… it is not a recommendable hotel
