The home accommodates up to six guests and combines practical comforts with the kind of resort setting that makes staying in almost as appealing as heading out.



The living room is designed as the home's central gathering space, with comfortable seating for approximately five guests and room to relax together after a day at the parks. Large windows help keep the space bright, while the private balcony extends the living area outdoors with table and sofa seating for approximately four. It is an easy spot for morning coffee, a quiet break between attractions, or an evening wind down.



The condo is located within Windsor Hills, one of the area's established vacation rental communities, with the resort's amenities available to registered guests. The community is gated around the clock and is designed specifically for visitors enjoying the Central Florida attractions.



Kitchen and dining



The kitchen provides the essentials for keeping vacation meals simple and convenient, whether you are preparing breakfast before an early park day or putting together dinner after everyone is ready to call it a night. Its connection to the main living area keeps the group together while meals are being prepared.

Sleeping arrangements



The three bedroom configuration is especially convenient for families or groups traveling together. A note on supplies

Initial supplies are provided for your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to replenish some essentials. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.



This is a third-party vacation rental located within the Windsor Hills Resort community. Resort amenities, pool and water park hours, wristband requirements, and community rules are subject to change and should be followed during your stay. The resort currently lists the main pool and clubhouse as generally operating from 8 AM to 10 PM and the water park from 10 AM to 8 PM, although schedules can change.



Windsor Hills is a registered guest community with a staffed gatehouse, so guests should complete any required registration before using the community facilities.
