  • Thuis voelen in onze prachtig ingerichte huis, omringd door het behoud bossen, waar je wilt om te ontspannen en te ontspannen na een dag vol activiteiten. Ons huis beschikt over een op het zuiden afgeschermd verwarmd zwembad, met een kind veiligheidshek. Een overdekte Lanai met ventilator aan het plafond kijkt uit over het zwembad en dek. Hebben behoefte aan een pauze van het zwembad, ga dan naar onze speelkamer met een air hockey tafel, tafelvoetbal tafel en elektronische dartbord. Binnenin is ons huis professioneel ingericht en is voorzien van centrale airconditioning. Een hoge stoel en play pen zorgen voor het huis is veilig en kindvriendelijk.

    Van de 4 slaapkamers, 2 zijn master suites met eigen badkamer. Suite 1 heeft een walk-in closet. Er is een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken en wasruimte met een full size wasmachine en droger. De eetkamer en de grote zaal heeft plafonds die ons huis een licht en luchtig gevoel geeft gewelfd. De grote zaal is uitgerust met een 42 inch lcd-tv, stereo, DVD, video game systeem en nog veel meer ...

    Van de 4 slaapkamers, 2 zijn master suites met eigen badkamer. Suite 1 heeft een walk-in closet. Er is een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken en wasruimte met een full size wasmachine en droger. De eetkamer en de grote grote kamer heeft plafonds die ons huis een licht en luchtig gevoel geeft gewelfd. De grote kamer is uitgerust met een 42 inch lcd-tv, stereo-installatie, DVD, video game systeem en draadloos internet. Elk van de 4 slaapkamers heeft een kabel-tv en dvd-speler. Er is ook een vloer gemonteerde kluisje groot genoeg voor een laptop.

    Ons huis ligt op 3 minuten van knooppunt 28 van de I4 bij de poort afslag Champions. De dichtstbijzijnde winkels zijn onder andere een supermarkt, apotheker, koffiebar, fast food en tankstation. Champions Gate Golf Club ligt op enkele minuten afstand trots drie wedstrijdbanen. Slechts enkele minuten verder, heb je veel winkels en restaurants op de 192 snelweg.

I had an amazing stay! The host was very attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The house was spotless, the pool was fantastic, and the entire property exceeded our expectations.The home honestly looks even better in person than it does in the photos. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

House was just like the photos. We enjoyed every second. Would definitely do it again. More than enough space for the price. The kids loved the pool. Location was great, close to the stores and freeway without all the traffic. I would give it two thumbs up. Thanks for making our vacation memorable.

The house was very nice and the perfect size. I’m happy we had the pool heater on to enjoy the pool. The neighborhood was nice and there was a lot of food choices close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals at the home, and the pool was wonderful to relax in. Our host Dave was so quick to answer any questions we had and made our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this home to others!

This place was nice and in a quiet area. Just as pictured. A Few things to note, the ice machine on the fridge did not generate ice, a few towels although folded and presented as cleaned had hair and stains on them as well as the pillow cases in the master bedroom. The master shower also seems like it wasn’t cleaned as it was also a few strands on hair on the tiles. Overall the place is nice I just think the owner would benefit from a new cleaning crew that will pay attention to details when cleaning.

Beautiful home, wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. My daughter especially loved having her own suite and not sharing a bathroom with her brother. The kids loved the game room. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Stay

Our 5 day mini vacation was perfect! My family and enjoyed our stay. House was clean and the location was so pretty. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to Disney and other attractions. Owner and management were very attentive and professional. We will definitely like to come back!

Nice, but very basic. If TV is important, the property has outdated tvs with basic cable. Not smart TVs so watching your favorite app or streaming is not possible. Host supplies very basic needs. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom doesn't go far when you stay with your wife and girls for a week. After you use up any paper products, you're on your own. Host was in another country, so we were encouraged to use a local organization to communicate through (who was slow to respond, after leaving a voice-mail when the power went out for our two daughters while we were 25 miles away at a business conference). Would I stay again? As a last resort maybe.

Cute house

Overall it was great, spacious for what we needed and close to our family we were visiting. The only complaint I have was no soap anywhere in the house. But other than that it was nice and peaceful. Will stay again

Davenport Rules

Had a great time at Dave’s home! Weather was great and we got to use the pool quite often. The TV went out and Dave had the management company get a new and much larger one, a very nice one. Anything we needed Dave took care of.

Very clean home in quiet location-short walk to see the little neighborhood gator in the pond (my kids loved this). Good kitchen supplies (but you'll need your own salt&pepper/spices). Pool towels provided-bring your own float toys and specify the date you want pool heat (cold pool when we checked in, but warmed up the next day).

The home itself is fine, but the management company is not doing a good job with upkeep.. The sheets and pillow cases smelled like they had been slept on.They were also dingy. The quality of bathroom tissue was zero. Very cheap half rolls. Thankfully we brought our own. One dishwasher pod and two laundry room pods. That was it.The security of the property was also a concern.One bedroom was missing a blind. There was nothing covering the window at all. My son and his wife did not sleep well in that room.Several windows in the house don't lock. At night the walkway to the door is totally dark until you get right at the door. The light does not come on until you are right at the door. Every day a vehicle would park right in front of the house. That is suspect to me. Why that house? The host was great about responding and communicating. However, he seemed to take my concerns lightly. He seemed defensive.My family's security is very important.The furniture is beaten. It is time to upgrade or refinish.I would never stay there again.

A hidden gem

We stayed in Jan and the house was perfect. Communication from owner was wonderful. The house was ready for us and everything in the house worked!!. The bedrooms were spacious for 2 families. The layout was great for adults and children. We had all the amenities of home. The house has been well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the baths large enough for 2 people too use at the same time. I liked the idea of key-less entry. The location is nice as it's near shopping, groceries but away from all the hubbub of the theme park hotels. There are few restaurants at this highway exit. But Exit 62 (the next exit out) has plenty. I would recommend Manny's Chop House. Waits there can be 2 hours so call ahead. Weather was great for Jan. but still too cool to use the pool. This house is a hidden gem in the back of this subdivision. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I can recommend all the theme parks, Gatorland, the Pirates Dinner show, and if you like Broadway shows try the Forbidden Broadway show which pokes fun at the real shows. And 2 quiet little things for the evening at the Polynesian are the "Welcome to the Night" ceremony and the Electric Boat Parade. Both last about 10 minutes. Check the times at the desk. The Dole Whip in the cafe makes a nice treat while watching the parade.

This house was perfect for our needs. It was the perfect size and the bedrooms were lovely. The kids really enjoyed the pool area and game room. Would definitely rebook this property for future trips.
