Our fully air-conditioned accommodation sleeps 8 comfortably and includes:

• Bedroom 1 - Principal suite with King bed, ensuite bath and tv with ROKU

• Bedroom 2 - (2nd Principal) Queen bedroom with ROKU tv

• Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds, ROKU tv.

• Bedroom 4 - Two twin beds, ROKU tv

The open floor plan of the common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast bar, allows ample space for everyone to spread out, yet relax together. The family room has a Smart ROKU TV with DVD and a large sliding door that leads onto the pool deck. The fully equipped, kitchen boasts a breakfast bar that seats 3 and a dining area that seats 6. There is also a separate dining room which seats 6 and a second sitting room for those that want a quieter evening. The garage contains a basketball game as well as all the pool toys and equipment.

The covered lanai has pool loungers and table and chairs and a private swimming pool (which can be heated for an additional charge).

Some additional amenities include: high speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, plastic dishes & drink ware for use around the pool, iron & ironing board, linens, towels, pool towels, hairdryer, stroller, games and pool inflatables, goggles, snorkels, flippers etc..

POOL USE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Guest acknowledges that the vacation property includes a swimming pool and that use of the pool and surrounding areas involves inherent risks, including injury or drowning.
Guest agrees that use of the pool is entirely at their own risk and accepts full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all members of their party and any visitors, especially children.
Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the property owner, property manager, and their agents from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the pool or pool area during the stay.
