Located approximately 12 miles from Walt Disney World and approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, the home offers convenient access to Orlando's famous attractions while giving your group a private place to relax, swim, and spend time together between adventures.



One of the home's biggest highlights is the private south-facing pool and spa. The desirable south-facing orientation is ideal for guests hoping to make the most of the Florida sunshine around the pool throughout the day.



Start the morning with coffee on the screened lanai, enjoy an afternoon swim between theme park adventures, or return after a busy day at Walt Disney World and relax beside the water. The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide a comfortable gathering area where everyone can enjoy the Florida weather together.



The adjoining private spa offers another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.



The home's eight-bedroom configuration is especially well suited to multi-family vacations and larger groups. Five king bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for adults and couples, including two king ensuite bedrooms conveniently located downstairs.

The International Course is designed around scenic natural wetlands and features long carries, deep pot bunkers, tall grass-topped dunes, and large undulating greens.



The National Course offers a classic Florida resort-style golf experience featuring naturally rolling Central Florida terrain, spring-fed lakes, bunker-protected fairways and greens, and smaller, challenging putting surfaces.



Golf amenities may include GPS-equipped golf cars, valet parking, tees, pre-round practice balls for qualifying morning rates, club service, and overnight bag storage, subject to the golf club's current rates, policies, and availability.
