Family vaca

the house was great, the floors however looked clean but were actually filthy... House could use some paint and repairs, showing alot of wear and tear. Some other things that would make it better, towels...we had 20 people there and there just were not enough towels and since there is a pool it would be nice to have beach towels as well. All the bathrooms had hand soap dispensers, but all were empty, I wouldn't expect shampoo and body soap, but simple hand soap would have been nice we wound up leaving all 8 bottles that we purchased there for the next guests. I am also pretty positive i paid additional for early check in, which I did not get and I also paid for heat for the pool, I was told it wasn't paid for and had to pay again. I will remember next time to make sure I print out my payment list before submitting since it can't be reprinted after payment is made. We would definately do this again, the house was plenty spacious with lots for the kids to keep entertained.

Kissimmee house

After planning for a year to have a family reunion, we arrived on July 8, 2022 to stay for a week. The home was centrally located for easy access to the Disney World, Universal and Sea World resorts. The teenagers in our group had a great time in the pool and enjoyed the game tables upstairs. We found the house needing repairs to kitchen chairs and cupboards and a few other things in the house. We found the upstairs bedsheets needed to be cleaned and some beds missing the top sheets. There were dirty marks and other signs of not being cleaned. After my daughters washed the sheets, the dirt marks and the other dirty appearance were gone. We sent a list of items that needed fixing to the managers. The next day a maintenance man showed up without notice to fix things. He pounded on the door and rang the door bell and then proceeded to enter the house. My daughter-in-law was alone in the house with a sick child and wasn’t able to get to the door before the maintenance man entered. His sudden appearance scared her half to death! Fortunately, the maintenance man said he would come back later to fix things. Advance notice would have saved everyone from this experience, and should be required. Despite this negative experience, we enjoyed staying in this house.

Great Getaway

We had 20 people and plenty of room. The pool heat was really warm which was extremely nice for everyone. the stay was great and would recommend this house.

Comfortable, but lots of issues...

Our group consisted of 17 people, 10 children (ages 2-17), and 7 adults. Overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and inconvenienced by some other issues, but the house worked well for what we needed. We all slept well each night. Due to the nature of our vacation, we didn’t spend much time in the house, though. Just needed it for sleeping and showers. These are the issues we had... •Upon check-in, it was immediately obvious that the home needs an extensive DEEP cleaning. The walls were dirty, the grout in the bathrooms needs replacing (looks moldy), the baseboards have THICK dust, the linens are dirty, and the walls need repainting. •Several rooms did not have any type of dresser, which is annoying when you plan to stay for 7 days. •The listing says that all of the bathrooms have a combo tub/shower, in fact, only 1 did. The master has a very deep soaking tub, but not a combo. There is ONE combo shower/tub upstairs, all others are shower only. •On the first morning after check in, while attempting to shower in the upstairs combo, I noticed the shower curtain was covered in mold, the tub did not drain, and the light above the shower did not work. (I addressed these concerns and property management came out on day 2 to replace the curtain and fix the draining problem.) •On night one, I noticed that our king sized bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, rather a flat sheet just tucked around the mattress. And instead of a king sized flat sheet, a full sized flat sheet, turned sideways, to fit the king bed width-wise. (Also addressed these issues and property management put acceptable sheets on the bed on day 2.) •The overhead light in the Harry Potter (bunk) room did not work. And, for some reason (unknown to me), there was painters tape on the floor, around the threshold of the closet in the hallway of the bunk room. It just looks unfinished. •The kitchen is VERY bare bones. Don’t expect to be able to make large meals, there just isn’t appropriate cooking utensils. The ice maker/fridge water never worked during our stay. •There are some HVAC venting concerns in the wash room. (Ie, it’s not vented to the outside of the house, so the dryer just pushes all that back into the room.) •The neighborhood is crowded, but we didn’t have any noise issues. •The property management instructions regarding trash pickup were conflicting. (Ex - the email says “place trash in brown bench outside front door,” only problem is, no bench.)

Wonderful Experience (All Adult Group)

We stayed here with a group of friends all 21+ and absolutely loved the house. It was clean and so much fun, even for a group of all adults (who still fought over the themed rooms). The only feedback I have is that I wish the kitchen was stocked with just a few more cooking utensils/dish soap and the laundry room had soap to run the towels. Other than that, it was a great distance from WDW and a wonderful neighborhood.

Loud Christmas vacation

We reserved this property the week after Christmas for our 5 families. There was plenty of space for all, but we encountered several issues with this rental house and the property next door. When we arrived the floors were very dirty, some beds still had sand in them. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware but the pots and pans were a mess. It made cooking meals very difficult. There were towels, but no dish towels, wash clothes , or hand towels. We had paid for the pool to be heated but it was cold. We called the management company and someone came out to look but the pool wasn't warm until our 5th day. On the sixth day our freezer started making noises, again we called and a tech came out immediately. The next day the whole fridge stopped working, tech came immediately but unable to fix. The management company sent over a freezer for all of our food. So the last two days of our vacation we had no working refrigerator. By far the worse part of the trip were our next door neighbors. When we arrived they were playing music by the pool so loud we could not sit out by our pool and talk. We asked them to turn it down they refused, we lodged a noise complaint and they still refused to turn it down. We lodged several noise complaints, we learned we were not the only ones to do so, the security guard talked to them but to no avail. We would not recommend staying at this home. The management company did attempt to solve many of our issues but were unable to fix these issues. It was disappointing to have to deal with theses issues on our vacation.

Great for large family trip to Disney

Great layout and features for our extended family trip to Disney. Kids loved the game tables and pool. Good location and access was super easy. Surface areas were clean but house does need a deep cleaning, maintenance and new carpet.

Great at a glance

When we first arrived everything looked so great til you start looking around.. this house looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Nasty dirt all over the baseboard, at the bottom of the refrigerator, something sprayed on the wall and not wiped. We had to wear shoes or socks the entire time walking around the house or our feet would be black. Carpet upstairs has a huge split in the carpet out little ones kept tripping over. Also at the entrance to one of the bathrooms the tack strip sticks you every time. Looks like blood is on the back side of the curtains that lead out to the pool area. Couldn’t find the right remotes for some of the TVs. The gaming system did not work, air hockey table looks like it’s about to fall apart and the foose ball table didn’t have a ball. This neighborhood is also very loud with cars flying up and down the street. Also had a car try to pass us in the subdivision because we were going the speed limit. Waste of time calling the property manager because they do not answer the phone but only answer you in text. Definitely will not be staying at this property again. It could definitely use a good deep cleaning and a lot of repairs fixed.

Absolutely Amazing

I planned this trip last year for my family. The house looks just like the pictures. I loved how much space it had to accommodate our large group. The house was clean upon arrival. I was very impressed because I seen the previous reviews and was nervous. All the appliances worked and the house has dishes, cookware, and all the utensils for cooking. Due to Covid we purchased a lot of our own. The club house amenities included with your booking was excellent the kids loved it. I would most definitely book this house again.

Disgusted with filthy house!!!!-

We arrived to this property after driving 7 hours from Florida to fine this home unkept😞 there was trash in the yard. The house front entrance is damage and dirty. There is a torn rug at the dirty entrance. Upon entrance there are stains on all walls like dripping of some type. The kitchen table has stains and is old. The grout in the floors are filthy. The stairwell carpet is filthy. The walls are filthy. There was food left on top of the refrigerator. The rug in the living room is dirty. It looks like 5 dirty pigs played on it. The curtains in the living room had visible stains on them. The wall in the kitchen , couches and chairs are dirty. . There is chalk outside on the patio. The patio cushions are stained. The patio table is broken. The stove is disgusting and the refrigerator is dirty. For over 3 grand this home should be top notch. The carpet was extremely gross. I texted the host for someone to come and clean it up for me. They told me to contact Nova. When a number given states to contact and text for maintenance and issues. To no avail we had to go to Walmart. So we could clean the house After filing my complaint I received notification that I would be refunded a couple of hundred of dollars. That does not compensates for the stress of the total ordeal. We lost a day of relaxing due to cleaning the house. We wasted two hours trying to connect with someone about the issue. After realizing we weren't going to get any help we went to Walmart to purchase cleaning products and experienced the long and crazy mob of vacationers . Stood in line for an hour drove back to the house and cleaned to 1 in the morning. We couldn't sit on the cushions in the pool area because they were filthy. I feel we should have been compensated for at least a day and cleaning fees. The second day we were on the phone with you and had different cleaning people and cable people calling interrupting our vacation while they did a job at the house that should have been completed before hand. Rental per night is twice the amount refunded. Cleaning fee is half that amount, I had to purchase cleaning supplies bedding and towels due to the filth. Do not rent this home. It’s beautiful if it’s clean. Unfortunately this owner doesn’t believe in cleaning.

Great Stay for Family

The Property is Wonderful! I would advise anyone who stays here to make sure they lock up their cars and make sure all valuable items. Had a mishap with that during this stay! Overall it’s a good place to stay!
