Disney Vacation

2nd time we have stayed at Bonnet Creek. Great location and amenities. Having the ability to stay so close to the parks in a 2 bedroom with a full kitchen, great pools, and clean property feels like a Disney “hack” for the price!

Great place for all

Family Vacation made simple. Between the pool to the playground we had enough to do for a whole week. Then with the extras and activities no one was bored. Front desk made sure to get items to the room with in a timely manner and booking was a breeze. If we ever make it back down this far again we will for sure stay here.

Perfect!

This was our 3rd stay at Wyndham Bonnet creek and as always it was perfect! You can't be any closer to the parks without staying at a Disney Owned Resort. Your in the Disney bubble on on property at a fraction of the cost. The pools, restaurants, and lodging are all fabulous. We will never stay anywhere else. This was my first time booking with Tina, and she was wonderful! Communication was excellent, I'd book with her again anytime! Thanks so much Tina!!!

The property pushed timeshare hard and the ship in pool is closex

When checking in, it was easy until you go to get your bracelets. The gentlemen was rude and overly pushy/condescending when decline timeshare invitation. We also choose this location for the water slide pirate ship for the kids, but it was closed our entire stay. Pool area was overly crowded with few seating. Very nice and safe area to stay though and amazing location to Disney.

Is a postponement a cancelation or a refund?

We did not, and will not stay at this property through Tina, if we ever do it will surely be directly with Bonnet. Six days prior to our reservation we decided it would be best to let the great state of Florida try to collect itself before we traveled there with our young vaccination ineligible children. We were never looking to cancel, or to get a refund. We were hoping to retain the value of what we paid and use it at a later date (what all other reservations that we had are providing). In communicating with Tina she told us this was not possible because of a Bonnet Creek policy and directed us to speak with Bonnet Creek. When we spoke with Bonnet Creek they told us they are handling these types of requests on a case by case basis due to the ever changing state of COVID in Florida. She then directed us to a blanket policy, and would not share with us the details of her agreement with the timeshare owners or with Bonnet. She really wanted me to make sure that in this review I let you all know that the policy is very clear, and she is following the policy. She also let me know that in October she has a reservation to stay at Bonnet and is traveling with a young child, but that she will make her decision at the 15 day window. If this sounds like someone you want to book with that's great, I just want you to have all the information we have. We even let her know we were able to recoup some of the reservation through an insurance policy and would only be looking to recoup the lesser amount back than what is offered in the policy for canceling within 15 days but this level of honesty garnered no influence with her. If you are hoping to travel to Florida I suggest dealing with large corporations rather than this individual person. It is clear the business of reselling timeshares works for her and may or may not work for you.

Disney/Universal Trip

Overall, great location, easy access in and out of park, clean, beds were comfortable, and the two bedroom was perfect for our family. Not to mention the cost was affordable compared to other resorts. Pools were smaller than expected for such a large property, but other than that, we'd recommend it for future travelers.
