Het was er schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Er wordt niet meer dagelijks schoongemaakt en moet elke dag schone handdoeken halen. Nou hoeft het voor ons niet elke dag schoongemaakt te worden maar schone handdoeken neer leggen zou wel fijn zijn.

De accomodatie heeft duidelijk betere tijden gekend. De kamer was ronduit vies, overal lag stof en popcorn. We gaven aan meteen weer weg te willen maar dit mocht niet. Er werd ons wel een andere kamer aangeboden, maar daar werd eerst een team naar toe gestuurd om uitgebreid extra schoon te maken. Alles in die kaner was beschadigd. Echt een aanfluiting en de volgende ochtend een mega kakkerlak in de badkamer. De airco deed het amper en en maakte ook veel lawaai. Alles bij elkaar zeer teleurstellend.

Quiet property with a nice pool in the sunshine. Clean overall. The breakfast was fine with many hot and cold buffet items. My only disappointment is that the rooms are only cleaned every three days. Otherwise, a quiet, comfortable stay.

1.they don't clean the room when you are there and only when you leave the hotel 2. I made a reservation with Expedia and paid a price and when I left they charged me more than what I paid on Expedia I still haven't paid the deposit but the rest was good

Muy bonito el hotel ! Solo que no hacen limpieza diaria en la habitación , hay que bajar por las toallas a la recepción y cualquier cosa hay que bajar a pedirla debido a que no hay limpieza diaria! El servicio y actitud del personal muy bueno ellos solo siguen indicaciones !! El desayuno muy bueno !!

Great value hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. The breakfast has hot food as well as cereal and muffins. The bed was comfy and i got a good nights sleep. Bathroom was clean. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants.

One elevator for the entire hotel is not enough, always waiting or people rudely crammingbin with no rokm just to not have to wait. Room was dirty, closet door was broken and handle fell on 2 year old daughter. Staff was extremely rude during check out because we tried to say somethjng about tbe elevator and closet door. Worst experience ever and would never recommend.

Cigarette butts and homeless walking around the hotel, sink slow drain. Crooked tv stand, missing hair blower, had to ask the front desk for it. The walls are not insulated properly I can hear everything next door. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Pool Rules and regulations don't apply, people still bring food a drink [alcohol] . Worst hotel I have ever been in. Not recommended

The room smells musty we switched to another room that one a little better, but not much. The walls are absolutely paper thin! You can hear the person next to you snoring, baby crying thru the night. I would not stay again. It's definitely a lower end hotel.

The staff was very nice. We had a plumbing issue in our room so they had to move us, but they did not reach out to let me know since we were gone from the room all day. We got back late to the hotel one night to find our toilet still not working. We went to bed thinking they didn’t come to fix it but it turns out they were just waiting for me to come back to the front desk. A phone call to let me know they couldn’t fix the issue so they had to move us would have been nice. Our room was very clean but the hallways looked very dirty with stained carpeting and some weird smells.

Overall a very good place to stay to be close to the parks. Pool was cold & filled with leaves most of the time that we were there. Hot tub is small but was never busy for us. Rooms clean, thin walls tho. Employees were nice but always really busy.

No air conditioning. Teeny, old elevator that took forever to get to a floor - had to use the stairs. No lounge chairs by pool. Toilet broken. Was charged a “resort fee” of $7 per day by front desk clerk then removed when manager said that was a FALSE charge…. Will NEVER stay here again!

The room was not well cleaned. My allergies bothered me extremely bad while in the room, even though it was suppose to be a pet free hotel. The bathroom was extremely slippery when it got wet, which due to the shower spraying all over the floor, that was constant. The area around the hotel would not be a place I would feel comfortable walking around. There was an after hours club across from the parking lot that was very loud.

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
All of the staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Walmarts across the street, walking distance to a couple stores. Just wish there was some more seating/ lounge chairs outside. I will stay again!
