Een perfecte keuze voor families met kinderen!
Al de 3e keer in het Blue Tree Resort en opnieuw heerlijk. Mooie, ruime en nette appartementen van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede service, mooie zwembaden en de ligging van deze accommodatie is geweldig. Binnen 5 a 15minuten ben je bij Sea World, Universal en Disney ligt om de hoek. Perfect dus en opnieuw blij met onze keuze om hier te verblijven.

Okay
We had a one bedroom suite and it was well layed out for 2 people for a few nights stay. We ended up in a corner suite, ground floor and very close to the parking and the pool lot which was a good thing. It was however pretty dark in daytime which did make it feel little small ... Overall good and convenient stay - close to Vineland outlets - even if we did see we would have had plenty choices to be closer...as going around with the car could take long at certain times due to heavy traffic.

Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien
Het resort is een aanrader. Het personeel is vriendelijk en staat direct voor je klaar. Het appartement is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden als jong gezin een 1 kamer appartement met een slaapbank en 2 persoons bed. De slaapbank is ronduit slecht. Ik heb mijn rust er wel op gepakt, maar het had veel beter kunnen zijn. Het matras bevat kuilen en je voelt het frame als je ligt. Ook is de slaapbank zo'n 20cm te kort (ik ben 1m82). Het bed in de slaapkamer is prima. De slaapkamer ruim voor hotel begrippen. Er kon prima een baby bedje naast. Die wordt trouwens gratis gebracht als je er om vraagt (en ook een high chair). De badkamer is schoon en comfortabel. Wel zou een handdouche fijn zijn om het bad even mee af te spoelen. De woonkamer is ruim genoeg en de keuken fantastisch uitgerust. Er is zelfs een oven! Wij hadden ook een wasmachine in de kamer en dat is erg fijn als je een week blijft en daarna door gaat naar een andere locatie. Het resort zelf ligt op loop afstand van diverse (met name fastfood) restaurants. Ietsje verder (5 minuten met de auto) vind je Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. Een absolute aanrader! Heerlijk ontbijt.

Eenvoudig maar goed appartement
Voor ons tweetjes een leuk appartementje, het had alles wat je nodig hebt en er was zelf een kleine gym met een hardloop machine. Als je met 4 personen bent dan is een 1 kamer appartement volgens mij te klein. Binnen 15 min. ben je met de auto bij Disney en je bent ook zo bij een Publix suppermarkt of de Premium Outlets.

weer een geweldige vacantie gehad met een verblijf in blue tree resort dit hotel met verschillende zwembaden, gratis internet bij de receptie ook prettig,grote kamers en een aparte woonkamer heerlijk balkon met hoor dus lekker buiten zitten. en op loop afstand van div restaurants zoals( italiaan ) olive garden, subway en midjetgolf baan.De supermarkt publix en wallmarkt zijn op rijafstand goed bereikbaar.De pretparken van Disney liggen op +/- 10 min rijden van het hotel, sea world op 5 min rijden.De outlet mall ligt aan de overkant van de weg met div shops zoasl tommy hilfiger, adidas, levi`s, nike, disney te veel om op te noemen!Dagje strand is op een uur rijafstand zoals de plaats cocoa beach,daytona met race circuit enz. Golfers kunnen hun hart ophalen met de meeste banen deze liggen in florida!! Met sporten als honkbal en basketball kun je je hier zeer goed uitleven. voor ieder wat wils en wij komen er al vele jaren.

Ruim en centraal gelegen
Wij vonden het appartement ruim en gezellig ingericht. We beschikten over een grote keuken, die volledig was ingericht. Naast 2 slaapkamers hadden we 2 badkamers, dat vonden we erg prettig. Het enige nadeel vonden we dat de airco nogal rammelde en dat het binnen een klein beetje klam aanvoelde. Het hotel ligt op een mooi centrale plek ten opzichte van de parken en outlet malls. De supermarkt ligt om de hoek. Wij hebben ook genoten van het schone en ruime zwembad. We zouden hier zo nog eens heen gaan.

The condo they gave us was very old and very tired. There was a very strong musty smell and we had no air conditioning. The TV didnt work and was old. They sent a maintenance man to our unit but he didnt speak English. Another man came and he gave us a newer TV and replaced the furnace filter but couldnt fix the air conditioning. We were very hot overnight. The next day they "fixed" the air conditioning. Our furniture was very old and very uncomfortable and dirty. We killed many cockroaches. We lost cable for long periods of time several times. After 2 weeks we lost our air conditioning again. The man who came said they couldnt fix it but called the front desk and thy said we could move to another condo that wasnt updated and had no washer and dryer. I said no and 2 minutes later they said they could give us an updated condo with a washer and dryer! (Why didnt they give us that in the first place!) We moved at 9 pm Newer condo was much better but we had to run the hot water in the kitchen for a long, long time to get hot water they came but didnt fix it. The man who helped us was very kind and did his best to help. We have been to Florida over 50 times and have never had a worse experience

Thank you for you review. I have to disagree with your review. You were placed in a semi renovated suite with new tiled flooring instead of carpeted suite. We would never place you or any guest in a suite that the air conditioning was not working or was dirty as you claim. I can agree the air conditioning in your first suite needed some maintenance which was done immediately for you. When the air conditioning ceased to work you were immediately accommodated to an owners suite which is fully renovated. Owners get first priority for these suites. You were lucky since an owner cancelled and you were placed in one of these suites. We went above and beyond for you during your stay and feel this is not a fair review in my opinion knowing the history of what happened.

Very nice and updated! Super clean, everything we found everything we needed for our stay! There is a musty smell when you first walk into the apartment the it kind of goes away, it may have something to do with the air conditioner.

Thank you for your review. So sorry about the musty smell when you first got into the suite. Yes that is possible that when you put the air conditioning on stronger it took the smell away. Next time make sure you contact the front desk they could place you in an alternative suite as long as there is availability.

I liked that they had security walking around. I liked the options of 4 pools. I would have liked the pools to be a tad warmer (Pool one was the warmest) and I would have liked a hot tub at each pool. One poo was not heated at all. And I don't like that people smoke at the pools.

Thank you for your candid review. Yes 3 of our pools are heated and 1 is a cold water pool that is not heated some people prefer that over heat especially in very warm days in Florida. There are designated areas for smoking at the pool areas so not sure if people are following the rules. So sorry. Hope you will come back and stayw ith us again very soon!

We really enjoyed our stay, the front desk agent were super helpful. The only downside was the internet, we have our own data and our 5g was not coming in very strong, had to be beside a window for it to work.

Loved my stay at Blue Tree. It was quaint and the staff were amazing. It was clean and the pools, spa and grounds were just beautiful!!! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. I loved that it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! Five stars in my book!!!

My family (2 adults, 2kids) stayed at the property for a week. There is no bell service which was a disappointment. We got a taxi to the hotel then had to walk through the rain to our room which was on the opposite end of the property with our two kids and luggage. The staff were friendly and did express apologies because they were not allowed to transport luggage in the golf cart. Once in our room we settled and the rest of the vacation went smoothly. The kids enjoyed the pool areas and the shuttle services to the parks were a plus. I would stay here again.
