Erg fijn appartement, alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Wel vragen naar de schoonmaak. dit doen zij alleen op verzoek en toen wij het na een week vroegen was het donderdag en konden ze pas maandag schoonmaken...Die dag zouden wij al naar huis vliegen. Was bij de check in niets over gezegd. Verder alles top!

Het ligt centraal tussen de pretparken en dat is toch de reden dat we in Orlando waren. Er zijn fijne zwembaden en ook entertainment. Ik vond het wel een erg groot complex. Wij werden in een bijgebouw geplaatst en zaten behoorlijk ver van het hoofdgebouw af met het grote zwembad.

Ruime kamers waarin alles aanwezig is. Volledig uitgeruste keuken, woonkamer, slaapkamer(s), mooie badkamer. De zwembaden zijn top! Lekker dichtbij de Seaworld parken. Er mooi resort dat ik iedereen kan aanraden.

This place is very nice. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The only bad thing is that they don’t go and clean everyday. But other then that we loved it and we will rent it again.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Pool and restaurant were in good condition and met our expectations. There are renovations going on that did not affect our stay, but it was clear that we stayed in a room that had not yet been renovated. Cleanliness of the room was mediocre and the unit overall had a funny smell.

There was only one employee working at the cafe by the pool, so there was a long line and food was coming out very slowly. Check in was confusing too because there were 2 check in locations on the property, one for the full time residents and another for hotel guests.The room was great though... very spacious and clean. Great bathtub and balcony.

Although the property was under renovation, it had no effect on our stay. The renovation is for upgrades and improvements. Nothing major. Our units were perfect, spacious, clean. The main pool is huge. Lots of daily activities.

This place is amazing, especially if you have children. The arcade, the pools, firepit, activities. It's all very clean and the entire place is walkable. The kids wanted to stay here longer. Highly recommend.

pocas opciones de entretenimiento, pocas actividades , estaban restaurando donde nos toco alojarnos , entre otros cosa el acceso de el cuarto al balcón estaba bloqueado el balcón principal con la malla rota lo cual es un peligro para los menores . Por otra parte la habitation era espaciosa pero las luces parpadeaban todo el tiempo principalmente las de los baños. En general pienso que no esta bien, es tranquilo , la location es buena, el personal que nos recibio fue amable

During the first day, we had issues with door key not working. Staff/security arrived within 5 min of both issues to let us into our room and they replaced the lock and we had no other issues.

It is a typical time share resort. The staff was amazing and polite. The resort is easy for grocery and food delivery as well as rideshare pick up. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This property was very convenient for going to the Orlando theme parks. The bedding was comfortable and kitchen was fairly well stocked with kitchen tools. Clubhouse pizza and sandwiches were good and margaritas happy hour a great value. Pool restaurant was not great and value was terrible. Overall , the property was good and would definitely recommend.

The resort has a lot of amenities, but we were not notified of the major construction happening until just before the start of our trip (even though this is clearly a planned Reno and could have been communicated when we booked). As result, part of the kids pool area was closed as well as part of the larger pool. We also had issues at check in (the carpets were soaking wet) and called to ask for a fan or something but no one actually came. Called back in the morning and they said they would dispatch someone (?!). The area is amazing and the resort is likely beautiful when not undergoing major renovation.

Poor Communication Very Noisy - Not good value
communication at check in poor, was given key and no information about property, resort, what was going on etc. we have a young girl with learning disabilities who was coughing because of the popcorn she was given by staff and work member behind the desk told her to move away from her as she didn’t want to get ill! i said she is coughing she isn’t ill. Quite rude and unhelpful. we were then put in an outdated apartment which was adequate but not for the price we paid. It was opposite a construction site who started at 7am but the property own cleaning and maintenance were moving things at 6 am every morning! the. the front of the apartment was opposite a fire pit were people were sitting around drinking til 3am ! so not a relaxing holiday at all. I did make several complaints but it got me no where . Everytime the phone rang i thought it was a manager to apologise or move us and it was just concierge trying to get us to go on a timeshare talk . 4 times ! after I had already said i wasn’t interested when we checked in .
