Solterra is a fantastic gated resort located in Davenport, FL, approximately 9 miles from Orlando’s premier attractions…Walt Disney World, Epcot, and ESPN Wide World of Sports, just to name a few. This luxury community features a clubhouse, a large resort pool with water slides, cabanas, a fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, a children’s playground, as well as a recreational area. Kids will love the lazy river, leaving parents the opportunity to relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe. You will also find shopping, restaurants, and other local activities just around the corner.

Upon entering the townhouse you will enjoy an open floor plan that boasts a fully-equipped kitchen making your time in the kitchen a breeze. In this floor plan from the kitchen, you can entertain from either the kitchen or the dining area. The 8-foot island with granite countertop is near the dining area which seats 6 and the well-designed living room which features a tranquil view of the private pool. For your entertainment on the main floor, you will find a 70-inch smart tv equipped with Hulu and Disney Plus along with standard local channels. Keeping the coziness of "home", the living room features a blanket ladder with a variety of throw blankets for your comfort while watching tv. Additional entertainment can be found on the second floor which has a gaming arcade loft supplied with both new school as well as old school gaming consoles, in addition to a foosball table. It is here that you will also find an array of board games for the family. The Disney-themed bedroom upstairs is equipped with a child-sized seating table, with books and toys for children's pleasure.
The pool area boasts large benches and a table with an umbrella, and chaise lounges for your outside enjoyment for continued family activities. Under the lanai overlooking the pool with a waterfront view, you will also find an additional lounging area that seats 4-5 people as well as a cooler, a supply of pool towels, and easy access to a half bathroom. The pool area also has a safety fence. The house is just within walking distance from the clubhouse.
All sleeping areas are equipped with Serta mattresses as well as foam mattress padding for your comfort. Light, yet cozy and incredibly soft linen will take your sleep game to the next level. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku smart/tv streaming services, a portable fan, an alarm clock with a charging port, as well as complimentary toiletry items (shampoo, toothpaste, body wash). For your convenience, a washer and dryer with an iron and full ironing board are located on the second floor.
The main floor has a queen bedroom with a full bath. On the second floor, you will find four bedrooms (two suites) and three full baths.

*Please be advised no commercial RV, trailers, or boats are permitted within Solterra resort. Guests may be turned away at the resort gate if they attempt to enter the property with the disclaimed vehicles.
*Motorcycles and golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
*Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing.
*Your well-being on your vacation is our top priority. We have set a foundation of high cleaning standards with additional CoVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO and CDC.
* The furniture and items shown in the home may be replaced or removed without notice if subject to damage from previous renters*
*Resort facility availability may be subject to change, as it is run by a third party.

*Ring doorbell camera located on the outside of the property for security and safety of the home.
*Noise violations resulting in law enforcement intervention will result in $500 fine.
