Huis nieuw ingericht door professionals, allemaal voorbereid voor u en uw gezin. Ons huis is zeer goed gelegen op slechts 15 minuten van de belangrijkste Disney-parken. De speelkamer heeft een geweldige pooltafel en tafelvoetbal, zodat je meer comfort en meer leuke opties hebt zonder het huis te verlaten. WiFi en kabel-tv zijn beschikbaar in elke kamer van het huis. GEWELDIGE DETAILS:
- parkeren: op de helling van het huis voor 2 auto's en er is een ruimte aan de voorkant van het huis die ook kan worden gebruikt als parkeren, omdat het daar vrij veilig is. Overigens is parkeren op het terrein geen probleem. Zelfs binnen de Condominium heeft het een specifiek parkeerterrein, als u het wilt gebruiken.

Property was well maintained and the host was very quick to respond and help with any issues that popped up. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and the outdoor area for dinning was also good. Overall would recommend Do keep in mind that due to traffic on a good day it's about a 30 minute commute to most parks, in rough traffic it can easily take 90 mins (Friday night heading back from the parks)

We had a group of 8 adults, and loved this home. Perfect place to come and get away from the cold northern winter. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome. Was also a nice location to visit Disney Springs and we also visited Kennedy Space Center one of the days. The home was very clean. With 4 couples we had 4 rooms each having their own bathroom, which was really great (with more to spare). And we had great communication from Maria the property manager. Overall wonderful experience, would stay here again any time.

The owner was great, and her communication leading to check-in and after check-out was excellent. The house is as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay. There was no issue of any kind. I would book this property again in the future.

We took our 2 adult children, their partners and 4 grand children for a 2 week stay so that the grand children could do the theme parks. Some days they didn't want to go to the parks as they wanted to spend more time swimming in the house pool and playing in the games room. Maria is an excellent host with super speedy replies to any questions. We would highly recommend. We had a couple of problems - on arrival key code wouldn't work and after a couple of days the dryer broke down but these were swiftly dealt with and in fact a new dryer was installed the very next day.

The home looked just like the photos which was a pleasant surprise. The home was very spacious more than enough room to spread out. The community was clean and quiet. There was a mix up with the code to open the door. We received an email with one code but later received an email from the owner with the correct code. We had an issue with the pool and jacuzzi. We had paid to have the pool and jacuzzi heated. Neither were as warm as we were accustomed to. The property manager did sent out people to review the settings which we appreciated. Parking was tight, as we had two suvs, one of which was a seven passenger. While we have been advised there would be no parking on the sidewalks, that did not seem to be enforced. The only other issue we had was that we had to pay for the club house that we never got to use. Each time we went there it was always at capacity. However, overall we did enjoy our trip

This property was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. We had six adults and four kids (ages 17, 15, 5, and 2). We had plenty of room to hang out as a family and also have time to ourselves. The pool and hot tub were a great size for our group. The communication by Maria was FANTASTIC !!! Maria was prompt to answer questions about our booking and even checked in on us during our stay! She was a wonderful host!

The house was great, all the rooms were as described, plenty of room for everyone. The gameroom was a lot of fun for the kids. The living room upstairs and downstairs was nice to be able to spread out. The pool and hot tub at the house got lots of use along with the grill. The pool, waterslide, lazy river and playground at the clubhouse were so fun. This is a must rent property.

Maria, her Managment staff and her home are “practically perfect in every way”. The house was beautiful, could not be cleaner, the layout and bedroom sizes all large and bedding lovely. We had a few minor technical issues one midday one late at night both times management company answered on first ring and fixed immediately they were amazing. Best house ever!

We had a great vacation! We took our kids and grandkids with us and we went to Disney World and Universal Studios. They were pretty close by. The kids loved having the pool right outside. They spent a lot of time there. The home was very clean and we were very satisfied with all the amenities.

My family and I enjoyed our stay the house was very clean and smelled so very nice once we walked in we felt very welcomed. Maria answered our questions right away when we needed her. This house is great for a big group with lots of room. The manager was quick to respond to our questions. The only down side is the long wait at check in to the community. Overall it was a perfect fit for our needs.

We had a fun, comfortable, and just overall wonderful stay here! Communication from management was prompt and so helpful when we needed on our 5 day stay. My mother previously preferred hotels and was nervous about her first Vrbo stay and this turned out to be the perfect one to make her comfortable and actually prefer non-hotel accommodations now. We spent a fabulous week in Davenport! The house was clean and had just about everything we needed for our stay. Maria was prompt in answering any questions both before and during our stay! The house is VERY spacious and we LOVED the door that led from one of the first floor master baths to the pool area so we didn't track water into the house. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This was our second stay at this home! And we will absolutely be back for a third! This home is CLEAN, comfortable, beautifully decorated and feels like “home” from the lovely welcome basket, to the newly decorated game room to the individually packaged bath towel sets in all the rooms (loved this new feature!!) Everything was outstanding! (As we knew it would be!) Besides the new features and the CLEANLINESS and new feel of this home (all extremely important to us) our most important part is Maria, the owner!!! Maria and her Team make you, and your stay their priority!! We feel our time in Maria’s home is important to her and her Team, and they are literally a text/phone call away!!! (Which sets this home apart from all others!!!) This is absolutely our Disney Home Away From Home!!!
