Enjoy this comfortable vacation home that has everything you need to make wonderful family memories! The kids and family will have plenty space to have fun: With a beautiful outdoor Heated Pool, the "Mario Bros Game Room", and Pool / Playing Cards Table in the second floor. If more space is needed to hang out, there is an additional TV Room upstairs!

Windsor at Westside Resort is a new and prestigious collection of Single Family Homes just 15 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World! It features a Resort Clubhouse filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, children's playgrounds as well as a resort-style swimming pool with a splash water park. The Clubhouse features also a full-service restaurant and bar.

POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $50 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.
Important message:
We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.

POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. Per resort regulations, this home accommodates up to 5 registered vehicles. Vehicles beyond the limit will be denied entry and must find off-site parking.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, oversized vehicles, or cars with loud modifications. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

The House has been decorated with great dedication featuring different theme rooms like Mickey Mouse, Harry Potter, Toy Story, and a GameRoom for the Kids!—the perfect mix of relaxed and refined style.

Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Columbia Vacation Homes does not have a 24-hour staff. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, you will be good! The door is controlled with an electronic code.

At Windsor at Westside Resort, you will have year-round access to a great variety of amenities for free when renting our Home!

Other Things to Note

· Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday.

· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
